Affordable Home Remodeling

I’ve used this company to install windows at a few of my clients properties and they did a great job. I decided to use them on my own home to install double storm doors for my front doors and at first it appeared to be a good job but… The bottom pin that is used to hold the door divider in place keeps popping out due to faulty install and now this company refuses to come fix the issue. Their rep told me that they purchased the doors from Lowe’s and that they (Affordable Home Remodeling) don’t warranty the doors. I was told by their rep that they are «too busy» to even keep up with their existing work let alone come fix the issue on a product that I’ve already paid for. I was also told by their rep that I should just hire a handyman to take care of it. VERY unprofessional.
I will never be using them again for my personal home or my business accounts.
