The worst towing experience by far.
He shows up an hour late, which I understand it happens. Then he says the traffic is too bad for him to take my Durango to where my insurance co had organized it to go. He said he won’t make any money on my tow,
now I’ve already waited 2.5 hours for him to show up and say he isn’t going to do the job, I have never heard of such a thing, a complete lack of customer satisfaction. Do everyone a favor, boycott this company. Business can not treat customers like sh** and expect it to be all good. If everyone stood there ground when they were treated wrong by a company, trust me, customer service would be a priority again. Why use rude people like this when there are so many other options.

Vinnie is the best tow truck driver EVER!!! He was fast, friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgable! He got me back on the road in no time at all, saving me lots of cash, and on top of that, he was great with my dogs. Sorry about your shoes, Vinnie!

These guys were amazing! My tow guy (Daniel, I believe) was so nice and knew what he was doing, thank god.
Vinnie was also such a huge help! He gave me, the customer, the choice of where to tow. I’m new to Oregon/Gresham and he didn’t treat me like a fool by any means! He told me my options and why he chose them. I end up using a collision place that Vinnie highly recommended and, if need be, will use you them again!
