Arby’s

Love the food, but drive thru service by Victoria was terrible. Could not understand her when she was talking because she spoke so fast. When I asked her to repeat, she became annoyed. I have been a fan of Arby’s for many years, but will definitely not visit this location again. Hire people who care about customers or lose customers. 520 NE Burnside Rd, Gresham, OR 97 030

ZERO STARS for this establishment, I always wondered why Gresham couldn’t keep any food stops. Now I know. Recently went to Arbys here in Gresham with one of evidently their very confusing coupons (only to their managers) that they continually send to your residence. Anyway went in 3 weeks ago with said coupon in the drive thru, ordered roughly $ 30 worth with the coupon, ordered max on their 2 chicken sandwiches choices which included tenders, BBQ bacon Swiss, and others. Got to the pay window and the doofus says $ 58 dollars please, we say WTH? Manager comes out and cancels the $ 58 order and charges the correct amount with the coupon. Fine, except Arbys held up $ 58 of my money for 3 days! Needless to say they evidently they don’t include the Swiss chees in the BBQ bacon Swiss? Made the terrible mistake and Returned tonight 6÷7÷15 at 8pm and ordered same same with the SAME COUPON RECEIVED IN THE MAIL!!! And the same EXACT THING HAPPENED AGAIN! I called this time. and talked to the manager J (I spell that with a very a Small «m»)… Said he couldn’t do anything for me. (Are you kidding me! You can’t do anything for me tonight for 6 Sandwiches you couldn’t make CORRECTLY?) call tomorrow and talk to manager N. He says we changed our CBS recipe. I respond to this, so that means no SWISS on your chicken bacon SWISS? I don’t know how more customer UN-​FRIENDLY you can be, but these people are at the top of my list. Won’t be sorry to see you go Arby’s.

I had to give 4 stars. The food is a little expensive, but the quality is there. The only negative is on my Market Fresh Roast Turkey & Swiss, way to much mustard. It tasted like I was eating a mustard sandwich. But all in all with all the items I got, things were actually good. WAY better then Wendy’s next door. That’s a place to never visit, seriously! So Arby’s I’ll be back when I want a little fast food!

I want to thank the staff and management at this location. I had a recent larger order and for the third time in a few weeks they went out of their way. Thank you. Gresham Ford.

I like Arby’s food. It’s a little more expensive, but it’s good stuff. But every-​single-​time I go through the drive-​through, they leave something off my order! I had an extra long day, plus someone decided to park on the MAX track. Then this. I was the only customer. Seriously, you couldn’t get the next guy? Then you don’t answer the phone.

I was in Gresham today and in a hurry to get back home and was suddenly craving Arby’s. This one just underwent a remodel not so long ago, so the dining room is clean and nice. Service is quick. Just be warned when the Gresham High School goes on lunch this place gets swarmed. We were the only one’s in there and suddenly there were at least 20 kids at the counter and more coming in, it was like a high school zombie attack.
