I love the patio, comfortable chairs, great music, dog friendly and perfect for people watching! Happy hour menu is good but the best thing is their $ 4.95 drinks! They are totally amenable to changing the drink a bit to suit your need. The chicken wings are always good, and the pizza is yummy. A great place overall!

I don’t really tike my time out of the day to write a long blog, you either have to be very disappointing or somehow impressive or memorable. not to mention drinks and food has to be good. Last night my friend and I went to Billy Bobs and what attracted us to this place was the live music we overheard while strolling down beautiful main street. We walked in and to our surprise the restaurant was not full, it actually was empty :(what a shame, but we followed the music outside and the party surely was on the patio. one man show, lots of equipment but this guy was awesome, jack of all traits. he didn’t just limit his musical performance to one genre but sand everything from reggae to blues to soul to classic rock and pop. I loved every second of being there. The crowd was jolly, dancing, laughing and having a good time while interacting in perfect unison. We ordered long island ice tea, and this drink was stiff stiff, they really make strong drinks here. last night we did not order food, but I have eaten burgers here before and they are delicious. and the price is rite for sure. Thank you for a great time :) and good memories.

This was my first time eating here and I would definitely come back. Billy Bob’s exterior screams burger dive, but the décor seems to be a mismatch of Hawaiian influence with the bar having the sleek look you would expect. Our Valentine’s dinner consisted of a Texarkana burger and French Dip. We opted for the Cajun Tots which were fried to perfection with enough seasoning to bring flavor without losing that potato taste. My burger was nicely cooked to a beautifully moist well done, and my girlfriend’s french dip was nice and meaty. I can’t wait to try some of their other burgers in the future. Only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because I didn’t get an option for medium rare for my burger.

Our food was fantastic. I had the egg ham and cheese crossiant and I highly recommend it. It was fluffy and crisp and huge! Our server was best of all. Jackie was patient and answered all of our questions and was upbeat. We went in on Christmas eve and she was the only one there. She did her job with grace and was always attentive even though she had quite a few tables. I too am in the service industry and I know a good server when I see one. Thanks again Jackie for an awesome lunch, you were great!

I’ve only been there once. But it was a large birthday party, something like 14 people. The staff was great, kept the drinks going and split up our bill at the end, very patient and accommodating. I sampled a lot of friends dishes and everything I tried was fantastic. The place was clean and had a fun atmosphere, there’s even an arcade! Another cool feature is that they have pool tables and more of a bar like section in a large room off of the main bar, so you don’t have to be in the main dining area if you are just there for drinks. I’m also a huge fan of this«No gang colors not patches» sign that some reviewers are complaining about. I don’t want to be around gang bangers or trashy motorcycle club types, have you ever met a Gypsy Joker? Those guys are an obnoxious nightmare! I’m sure that sign exists for a reason. Good for them, keep the trash out and let the normal people enjoy themselves. This would be a five star review, but that no MMA rule is BULLSHIT! And it will likely keep me from coming back, someone please let me know if that changes.

The food was OK but the service was pretty bad. The drink order was wrong and I had to go to the front to ask for the bill. We sat at the table for 10+ minutes with 2 antsy kids before I just walked up and waited for someone to give me the bill. They were definitely understaffed for a Saturday.

someone asked why I gave this a 5… I have only a vague recollection of going to this place. It is not a place I would go back to… it was sort of a dive and I wanted to try it. well never saw the comment until today as I do not usually recheck a rating I give, so the fellow was right why did I do that, sorry if I Mislead folks down the garden path, very sorry. I guess I was in favor of NOGANG colors, or patches… that was #1 for me… also they made it clear that it was their place and if you did not like their rules… GOSOMEPLACEELSE… Works for me.

We went to billy bobs for the first time tonight and there was a happy hour menu on the table that said happy hour was 3 to 7 daily and ALLDAYSUNDAY, and I believe today is sunday, anyway when our food came it was not very good. I had fish and chips the fish was mushy on the inside my husband had the wings took one bite said they were horrible. We ordered 3 items off the happy hour menu and when the check came I noticed that the prices weren’t right when I asked waitress she said happy hour ended at 7 I showed her the menu where it said ALLDAYSUNDAY and she said«oh that’s an old menu we haven’t put out the news ones yet» I said that’s false advertising to that she replied«oh well there’s nothing I can do about that we just haven’t put out the news ones.» That will definitely be my first and LAST time going there.

Hey Billy Bob, Nascar is a more brutal sport than mma. Time to rethink your bars rules.

It can’t be a sports bar, if they have a ridiculous rule of no MMA fights. The food is good but, that rule needs to be revised.

This is a locally owned place, which I like, and I’ve always been happy here; never had a bad experience with any aspect. The menu is basically what you’d expect, with generally«American» fare, but they have enough unique items to keep it interesting. The service is always great and friendly, the price is about right, and the atmosphere is comfortable. It’s actually a fun place to visit with something to keep all ages happy. The outside seating is really nice, and well-served. Sporting events are played on a large screen, so you don’t have leave the kids behind when you want to go out to catch a game.

I went to Billy bobs today and got it burger and split it with my daughter. the place was dirty :-( My table was sticky:( When I ordered my burger I let the waitress know that I was sharing it with my daughter, you would think that they would serve it cut in half but they did not .! it was so messy. although they have little play castles inside to keep my 2 year old entertained while we’re waiting for food that was cool The bathroom was gross!

I have eaten at this restaurant two different times and they have both been horrible experiences. Both occasions were with large groups. The staff is unable to handle anymore then the people that sit at the bar. The last time we were there we had to order our meals at the bar because there wasn’t enough staff to wait tables. This place needs a definite overhaul.

Like the outdoor sitting area, love going there to eat outside. Great service from our server. Food seemed to be nit as good. The main complaint was a man rode his Harley up the sidewalk by all the people at tables eating and into the patio eating area where we were eating. He came very close to my daughter, never asked us to move, say excuse me nor came out and apologized. Turns out he was«Billy», the owner, really? UNBELEVIBLE! We most definitely will not be going back, very unprofessional and rude to his paying customers.

Service was just okay. Food was fairly good! The Cajun tots with the ranch are the way to go! I had the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich(ordered the buffalo sauce on the side because it’s spicy). My friend had patty melt and that was amazing as well! Be aware that half the burgers come with mayo and don’t specify that on the menu. Overall very good place and I will be returning!

Meh! It was ok. Food wasn’t amazing but wasn’t horrible. Service was pretty average even though it wasn’t busy. Got my food order wrong but I ate it anyway because I was so hungry by the time I got it. Probably won’t go back in a hurry.

Well they tanked my open by having a sign that says they’re open until midnight, but actually they close at 11pm on Sunday’s… When I mentioned it to the girl at the bar after she told us they were closing she said yeah the signs are wrong… Then why doesn’t someone fix it!!! Annoying to say the least… Not sure I will go back again… Oh and did I mention the open sign was still on?

I walked into you place and seen your sign that has your rule ‘No colors/patches’. Sad because that excludes the kids soccer teams, their uniforms have their colors on them. And little Susie can’t go in with us after her girl scout meeting to dine with us because her girls scout uniform has colors and patches. I guess this also apply to car clubs that come to you cruise in because they have patches too? You are obviously an ass hole who discriminates at his leisure. I’m in an group that is fighting people like you to ‘Save Our Patch’.

This new location is a huge improvement over the last location. That I am a fan of. And the atmosphere is pretty neat. It’s clean and seems«shiny». I’m not much of a Nascar fan so I don’t appreciate the décor as much as race car fans do, but I see how it can be considered pretty cool. My problem with the place is the food. It’s a miss for me. Tonight we ordered a pizza with a main topping of chicken. The chicken tasted either very, very dry or maybe even freezer burnt? It was just not good. The sauce seemed more like a salad dressing rather than a white pesto or Alfredo sauce like I was expecting. Ugh. Disappointed. Although… I do think this place is moving in the right direction so I would go back and try again. I just hope the food improves more…
