Carl’s Jr sucks! First of all it took them 10 minutes in the drive thru to complete my order and they were not busy. My bad for not double checking that everything was correct because I was anxious to get home. You guessed it… I got fucked in the drive thru! Which would be ok had I not driven 5 miles to get home. I was willing to go back because I’d spent enough that it mattered. But when I called, they said they won’t do shit unless you bring your whole order back. That wasn’t a possibility since my horde of hungry Vikings had already started eating. So infuriating. I don’t need to eat fast food, but when I do I will damn sure never go to a Carl’s Jr!

Food was a definite four love there fries and there big carl always nice and juicy, service was a 1 bad to say the least she was rude and huffing and puffing about anything we asked, pretty much through the food at my boyfriend we went through drive thru. Work on customer service. You applied you knew what fast food was, find a different job if you can’t even do something simple.

Awesome western! Extra onion rings and sauce too! Can’t beat that anywhere!!! Slow service was worth it. Oh yeah biscuits are wake and baked every morning. Bomb!!!
