Domino’s Pizza

I was an instore pickup that didn’t call before and my wait time was about 15 – 20 min which was a bit long for a plain cheese pizza. For fast food it’s pretty expensive unless you go on certain days or get a whole meal then they have discounts. Both my pizza and brownie-​cookie were undercooked, for the desert that wasn’t terrible because the next day when I heated it up it tasted just as good but the pizza I actually had to stick back in the oven when I got home. I’d probably go back I just definitely would call ahead next time.

Wow again they still cant get my order right! Okay so I get an email from there corporate office asking me what happened I tell them they can never get my order right. So I get a call from the manger from this store asking what happened and that she was sorry about it and she will give me a free meal of exactly what I ordered the previous night which I was very appreciative of. Well I get the same meal and they again screw up my order what is so hard about getting my side sauce in the order. It’s not even about that anymore it the point!

Good pizza but poor service. I always order a basic large pepperoni pizza without the garlic sauce. The last three times they have messed up on my order. It’s not like I’m requesting something crazy, they should be able to get it right but nope every time they mess it up making me have to sit there and wait for them to remake it.
This time I ordered the pizza at 3:44pm, got there at 4:04pm, then they said it’d be an additional 10 more min to remake the pizza while my baby waits in the car with her mom and cries.

Took 2.5 hrs for delivery. The first attempt of delivering my pizza, was delivered to another house where somebody signed my name for my pizzas! Talk about ID theft! Dominos staff was not concerned about that whatsoever! About 45 minutes to an hour after they delivered our first pizzas to somebody else who signed my name to my receipt they delivered our pizzas nice and cold. And all I was offered was free pizza for that night I should’ve been offered ID theft protection! Won’t EVER order from here again!!!

Although the wait can sometimes be a little long, the fresh pizzas and friendly staff make it well worth it. We have also used the delivery service and that has always been friendly and prompt as well! Highly recommend it! I love that you can order online and see where in the process your pizza is at, (Nice to let the kids watch so they’re not nagging «When’s the pizza getting heeeeere???»). My son is high functioning autistic. One day we made a therapeutic visit so he could go in and pick the pizza up by himself. As he was coming out, a rude customer almost bumped him at the door, (many autistic children have spactial issues) and he ended up dropping the pizza all over the sidewalk. This immediately turned into a meltdown and humiliation for him. To my surprise, the manager ran out, helped pick the ruined pizza up, told my son it was totally OK and that people do it all the time. He encouraged my son to come back in while he made him a new pizza. My son was too embarrassed and the manager did not push the issue. However, the kindness stayed with my son and he went in five minutes later… on his own! (A big deal after a meltdown). Five minutes later, he came out grinning from ear to ear. The manager had given him free breadsticks! As a mom of a special needs child who is not always understood, it was extremely difficult not to cry on the spot.
Sorry to have written such a long review, but I couldn’t write a review without mentioning this wonderful experience. Needless to say, the staff truly care about their customers. Although this was our first time at this Dominoes, I guarantee we will frequent it often. Thank you!!!

I called for a delivery and they said 20 to 30 minutes, I got it a hour and 5 minutes later. It was cold and when I called they said they estimated time for 20 to 40 minutes and it was approximately. Then the driver called after they hung up with me.
Won’t be orderimg from them again to much money for them not to deliver when they say they will

The manager later contact me and expressed sorrow in his employee’s error and offered me additional compensation.

the pizza was good, not enough cheese, only ordered extra, should have ordered double cheese. Professional service, pizza ready when we arrived, tipped the insiders,
as an Old pizza pro. Pretty nice, hit the spot!

This is the best place around for delivery. They have never gotten my order wrong in two years and the one time they forgot my drink, they went back to the store and brought me a 2liter instead of the 20oz i ordered. They always go above and beyond with my family and I always appreciate it.

Overall this is a pretty awesome Domino’s. The problem is they allow for cross contamination so a few of my vegetarian pizzas have had sausage on them. It makes for an inconvenience, but they will correct the problem when it happens.

I signed up for Unilocal just to give this particular Domino’s a 5 star review. Yes, domino’s, a chain pizza place where you pretty much know what you’re going to get every time (which is now way better than it used to be, by the way).
Last night I ordered a pizza. I had a few drinks, it sounded like a good munchie snack for me and my roommate, nothing special. My roommate offered the delivery guy a cash tip, which everyone should do! But he told us we were the first people to tip him that night (it was near closing hours). That tugged my roommate’s sympathy strings, so she gave him a few extra bucks.
An hour later, no joke, we got a phone call thanking us for being such good tippers, and informed us that they made us a free pizza and could delivery it immediately if we wanted.
And so they did. That is … incredible customer service.
I would tell you don’t expect that, and I hope I don’t get them in trouble with the people in charge, but I have to thank them somehow.

While on the tail end of a small vacation in Oregon we ended up in Gresham, Oregon at a nearby hotel that was in close proximity to Portland International Airport. After a long drive coming back from Mount St. Helens we didn’t feel much like going to another restaurant as we needed to pack to go back home to Seal Beach, CA. I looked at the Unilocal reviews and didn’t see anything that looked so great without driving at least ten miles. We settled for a walking distance Domino’s that seemingly odd had not one review. I ordered online and the order of two artisan pizzas was ready in about twelve minutes. Let me first say that the Domino’s here in Seal Beach should take note on this locations way of running a business with regard to customer satisfaction. When we got back to the hotel my wife had accused me of ordering extra cheese, in fact extra everything! No I told her it was a standard order with no extra’s. Let me thank the people responsible for my order, that was the most flavorful loaded pizza I have had in at least the last fifteen years. You were courteous beyond belief and the service was excellent. I wished I had taken a photo or two to share but we were obviously very hungry and it was an after thought. I’m back home today and I’m going to tell my location to get with the program like this location or they’ll be out of business. Keep up the good work guys and gals alike and you will have nothing less than a very successful business.
