Crap service! Answer questions without knowing the answer… It is not just the regular employees, the manager is rude as well. Only because this wont allow me to give no star do they get one!!!

Great young man working there. I felt like he really wanted to resolve my issue. However, my issue required a manager and so he called three different numbers before he was able to contact someone. Then my issue was still not resolved. Policy is policy, but if i have payed for a game and then have to return it. I think i should get my money back. Its broke, you dont have another, dont tell me it will be here in a week and that time comes and goes. Then dont tell me it takes two weeks to get something from another store when you told me three days to start with.
Long story short i left with out my game and with out my money. I do have in store credit which i will give to someone else. Oh and i found the game brand new for cheaper somewhere else.
