Went to this location today to purchase a refrigerator after finding it online for sale price of $ 1189.00. First of all the salesman was totally clueless, telling me they were not really Sears they were an outlet for Sears. (It says Sears appliance and mattress on the building.)
It was advertised as free delivery but he could not make the free deliver work on his computer so had to call «Sears​.com» and put me on the phone with them. After giving them all my info and confirming it was free delivery I was told delivery date would be in September 9th, almost 2 months away. What, do they have to build it first? I was so frustrated and disgusted I left, came home and ordered from Standard TV and Appliance, price was a few dollars more but it will be here on July 30th. What a joke.

Small selection of mattresses but a lot of appliances. Sales people are knowledgeable and there are computers to look up stuff on their website. Would have purchased but really want to test the firmness of the bed. I mean really it cool that they build it for you as in special order but it also delays delivery for a week or more.
