This is the second time I have rented from Hertz and will be the last. The first time my car was downsized and I was only compensated with $ 10 off (not even knocking it down to the compact price). This time, my online reservation was for a full size and when I showed up, there were no cars available at all and the lady said that it will most likely not be a full size that comes in and there will be no compensation because «it’s summertime and the entire company is out of cars». BS! So, once again, Hertz screwed me over. The only reason I went there in the first place is because I can get a discount through a group I work with.
