Great selection for such a small place. They do have a storage facility across the street so they have a lot in stock you can’t see. GREAT prices! Way less than other places. The employees aren’t the friendliest in the world, but they work in weaponry. They’re not social butterflies lol

They spent lots of time with me and were so nice.
This is the only place for my gun needs.

They have lots of weapons but the store is small. Labelling on the handguns is difficult to read, most of the tags were face down. Staff weren’t friendly on the day I was there.

My go-​to gun shop in the Portland area. Pretty much every other gun shop in the metro area is cliquish and opinionated to the point of destroying their customer service. Every time I’ve been into Keith’s, I’ve been able to get done what I needed to get done.
The only warning I feel compelled to give about Keith’s is that, if you go during a gun show, they’ll be on a skeleton crew in the store location. Frankly, I’d suggest avoiding weekends entirely — its just too busy.
I’m a weird mix of gun nerd and gun newbie. When I have questions, they are answered. On the other side, when I’ve done my research, there are gun nerds in there who appreciate that depth of question, as well.

I live in Gresham and have tried to give Keith’s the benefit of the doubt, half dozen times now I imagine. It is official though, they are the worst small business in the world. I don’t understand how they even stay in business… They are bad at customer interaction, don’t communicate as a staff, all seem sketchy and always enter conversations on the defensive; looking for every opportunity to «stick it to you.» I was in the Army for 10 years and saw MANY horrible small business around the world. Keith’s is crooked and will suck hours of your life that you really don’t want to waste in their cramped little store that smells like armpits.

I’ve come here twice looking for rare guns that no one else seems to be able to get, and they have ordered or had it in stock here. Not to mention I haven’t found a cheaper price on the guns while doing my research.
It is worth the drive to come here!

Great product selection. But there salesmen could care less if they sold Ya something or not. I guess unless you know exactly what you want and don’t wanna ask to many questions this is the place to go. But if your looking to ask questions and look at several guns I would not waste my time here.
