Horrible experience. I come here a lot and spend thousands throughout the year, one day I was trying on clothes and staff was huddled around the dressing room. Some cashiers know me by name and to feel unwelcome like that was horrible. Needless to say I left my cart. Store is usually nice and clean. Love the ambiance, but managers are rude af and give you the death eye, some staff shouldn’t be there also.

The cashier the other day was so rude. I told her something had the wrong price on it to be helpful so they could change it and she told me” I don’t know if it did or not” implying I was lying… Which I could understand if I was trying to get it for that price but I wasn’t

Terrible service. I had ordered online and was told I could come in to get my item… and nobody knew where it was.
They called back to various departments, talked to people, played phone tag, I stood in a couple lines, etc.
It took over 30 minutes to pick my item up. During my wait I actually found it on a shelf, in-​stock. It would have been faster if they had just let me take that one as my pick-​up order.
