I went to the store earlier this evening to return an item I had purchase the night before. I waited patiently in line as there was only one cashier. Few minutes later another cashier came. I greeted the cashier as I approach the register and inform her that I had a return. After looking over my receipt and item, I was denied the return due to the fact it a beauty product. I told the cashier I was not aware of this as it stated «refunds within 30 days with receipt». I had mention it to the cashier as well. In the end, I was not able to return and left with the product, I will toss out due to the fact I can’t used it because of the unpleasant fragrance smell. Marshall needs to clearly state their return policy and not be vague «other restrictions may apply» bs!

I have been here several times now and this store never disappoints. They have clothing and also a good selection of house ware and a small shoes department. It is comparable to TJ Maxx or a Ross.
The big difference is that Marshalls seems to be a lot better organized and cleaner than Ross. Marshalls is also much bigger than any of the TJ Maxxs I have visited.
I love coming here to browse items for plates and decorations for the house. They have a wide selection of athletic and dress shocks too. I bought a good piece of luggage here last year for super cheap.
I love shopping here due to the low prices and really like how clean and well organized this store is.
