Just got back from getting my haircut from Tonya. She did such an amazing job. I forgot about this place. Until I was looking for a salon. I went years back, and had an amazing cut back then as well.

Janet is the bomb. Pain free, professional, cute too boot. Love ya girl. Groupon bargains help also. Clean, nice environment. Love sending her new clients.

I’ve been going to Molly for almost 10 years and I will never change! I feel so confident with her doing my hair that I walk in and say «do whatever you think will look good» and she gets it perfect every time! She is just the sweetest and my whole family loves her! I can’t even begin to explain all the reasons you should go to Molly. Such a cute and sweet personality. She really cares about her clients. If you don’t like it, she will fix it (but that probably won’t be necessary since her work is always above and beyond my picky standards)! The entire Le Charme staff is awesome! So welcoming and defiantly charming ladies!

I have been wanting to write this review for a while now…
So I was referred to Le Charme through a friend and was set up with Tanya. She was pretty nice at first, I wanted red ombré done on my naturally dark brown hair. It was a pretty big deal for me to get this done cause I have never really dyed my hair before except for a box die once. So my hair color was all natural when I came in.
She didn’t do exactly what I wanted it didn’t look like how it did in the picture I showed her even though she said it did. It’s whatever, people see colors differently. But I went home and after one wash the red completely came out and my hair was left with a brassy ugly orange color. Tanya told me that the red died fast but I assumed and even thought that she had mentioned a month or so not 5 DAYS. So I called them hoping they could do something since I paid $ 80 plus a tip, and she charged me $ 20 dollars to put my hair BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS. Personally, I feel that she should have done this free of charge. Because my hair was literally how it was when I came in so I wasted $ 80 on what, the haircut? So I am disappointed by that and will not ever be returning and DO NOT RECOMMEND this hair dresser even though she has been there for ten years or whatever. Really disappointed now I am waiting for my natural hair to come back. If you do come to Le Charme, do not set up an appointment with this girl…

I reeeeally wanted to like this place! It’s close to home, the reviews were great, and a friend SWEARS by Janet. So despite absolutey loving my regular place I decided to be fiscally responsible and bought a Groupon to get my girly bits waxed.
HUGE MISTAKE. Janet was super cool and friendly, but her waxing skill is subpar at best. Loooong and painful pulls (hello, breakage!!), missed spots (Um… you missed a spot. And another. «That’s just new growth»… No, I haven’t been waxed in months), 10 minutes of tweezing (wait, didn’t you just WAX that area??), followed by «You’ll probably look like a plucked chicken for a couple of days. I usually tell people to use cortisone cream.» Er… or how’s about you use quality wax and shorter pulls in the correct direction based on hair growth… so you don’t have to recommend medication for recovery?
Nice or not, this waxer simply is not skilled and my lady haven took the brunt. When I leave my regular waxer (Betsy at Bare) I’m baby smooth with no pain and very little redness, if any. When I left Le Charme I was scared to even look down. And when I did… good god.
Kudos to all ya’ll who feel you’ve found exactly what you’re looking for. But my theory is anyone who loves this place simply hasn’t had a quality waxing. Try Betsy at Bare. (But don’t book her on Wednesdays because that’s my day.)

I literally just got home from getting a Brazilian from Janet and just had to write a review. She was great! She was so nice, thorough, and quick! In fact, I have a Groupon to another place and I’m just going to give it away. I’ll definitely be back to see Janet for all my waxing.

I find out about this place from Groupon, and I must say I am super glad I made that purchase! I’ve only gone here to get waxing done by Janet; Janet is uh-​maaay-​zing! She is very easy to talk to, and makes you feel completely comfortable with the waxing! So happy to have found her! :)

My hair always turns out exactly how I want! If you bring a picture in, it turns out just like the picture. Been getting my hair done by Kristi and she is amazing :)

Got a cut and style here the other day and I’m super happy with it. Leah’s super sweet and the rest of the gals at the salon are very fun and friendly. The salon can be easy to miss just driving around downtown Gresham but it’s a gem you’ve gotta check out. As an added bonus, Bella Cupcake is just down the street. Amazingggg.

I went in for a haircut with Leah, I asked for layers in the back and to have it thinned out. But I got a straight across haircut that looks FLAT. I’m disappointed with this experience.
