Pizza Hut

I am writhing this because I am very up set, This pizza hut has got the worst customer service I have ever seen,
I tried for a long time to order on the phone finally gave up and ordered on line, The time clock said it would be an hour and a half for delivery.
I waited almost two hours and called to store and it was the first time someone answered the phone. I was told that my order was canceled because they tried to call me and was not able to get me on the phone. I did not get a call!!! my phone doesn’t show any call from them.
Then I call to report it and was so insulted!!! they would not take my complaint the person at the call center said they just dropped the ball only on your order? the tone in his voice said it all. He was using a condescending tone.
He then said that they made the pizza and that the diver had tried to deliver it but I would not answer the phone.
well what they said at the store and what the call center said was very different one said they made and tried to deliver and the other said they cancelled the order.
I will never go to pizza hut again

The new manager is awesome and the pizza is excellent! The Sriracha hot wings are amazing!

Awful customer service!!! They were supposed to deliver the pizza within 45 minutes it took them an hour and 15 minutes when the delivery man finally called and said what’s your address… My address is listed correctly on the delivery request sent in! The pizza was cold this wasn’t the first time and I’m sick of the crappy pizza delivery places around here!!! My suggestion make your own!

The direct number for this store is 503 666 4984 but beware the uneducated attitudes you deal with might not be worth it to get that pizza you’ve been craving.. Don’t get me wrong when you are in the «I just want to get to bed and have dinner and maybe lunch tomorrow» mode you don’t have very high expectations when you call the local Pizza Hut but I don’t know if it’s the high turn around rate at this Pizza Hut or just poor management but over the many years of randomly ordering here I can say that the pizzas are usually pretty good in a pinch but I have had very few times where there wasn’t some sort of problem leading to a poor experience where I ask myself why did I do this to myself in the first place. Maybe it’s just me I don’t know… GOOD LUCK!

I called for a delivery and they told me it would be 45 min til their driver came back since they only had one woman driving dropping orders off. So I waited.. & waited.. & absolutely NOTHING came & NO ONE called to let me know what was going on. Almost as if they ignored my order… never ordering from there again!

1&½ hour wait to get cold dinner. When you complain, and are offered a credit, don’t count on it, they won’t honor their promises. Also honestly 1&½. Hours? Haha I could have made my own pizza and pasta in that time!

Best pizza I’ve had esp. For their new 7.99 deal for a large. Lots of Pepperoni’s and sausage and cheese that melts in your mouth

No salads, no not even a cup of ice for your pop. Won’t go back.

I like pan pizza a lot but this place always runs out of product. You can call up at 7 – 8 and probably at least 40% of the time they will be out of product. Oh and not to mention that all of there dough is frozen who wants frozen dough. Customer service is no hood either. You order something and when they are out you don’t get a call then you call them and see what’s taking your food so long and they tell you they canceled your order. Then you try to ask to maybe be a free pizza on your next order for them just treating you like your nothing and they tell you they don’t do things like that. Now no food and your treated like garbage and tossed away. Horrible place to go!!!

I will never be ordering from this pizza hut again, due to two consecutive incidents:
The first time, I was ordering 8 pizzas for a party and had placed a future delivery order. The pizzas never came. We called, and they said they had the order, but had never made the pizzas. Since we were at a loss, we went and got Little Caesar’s instead. Pizza Hut gave us a refund and a large discount on our next order.
We tried again. Once again, we placed a future order for 8 pizzas for a party, this time carryout. When I arrived, I waited for 15 minutes to be helped, and then was told that they forgot one of my pizzas, and there would be another 10 minute wait. I left to run an errand, mainly because I didn’t want to just stand there anymore. Upon my return, I was told that my pizza was ready, but they were going to help everyone else in line first. After another 5 minutes, I had my pizzas and the free 8 pc. garlic breadsticks they gave me for my trouble (great for the first 8 people of the 30 I was serving).
Never again.
