Sales associate Malini was awsome. Im very cautious of my feet and the shoes i was wearing were stinky. She could tell i was embarrassed and said «thats okay» and joyfully grabbed me a pair of nylons. She was very professional and made my shoe purchase pleasurable. I had shopped with Shoe Mill frequently for new work shoes. I have never been unsatisfied with there customer service. I did not know about there discount on Danskos before for Health Care workers. I am so so pleased. Thank you Malini for not being disgusted as i am in my old shoes!

I love this place, although shoes are more pricey they are worth it and they last! I always have encountered friendly, helpful service here and that’s one reason itself why I come back.

Hands down the BEST shopping experience ever. I bought a pair of shoes 3−4ish weeks ago and needless to say, i received excellent customer service from John. Yesterday, I finally came to the conclusion that I was not going to be able to wear the shoes, due to foot discomfort. I called the Shoe Mill store where I bought them and spoke to David, the manager. I explained to him my situation, and of course as to be expected, there was no comfort warranty. Just as I was about hang up he said but why don’t you let me take a look at them and maybe we can work out some sort of store credit. Well, I took the shoes down, instead of being given a store credit I was given a FULL REFUND! Well, I then purchased the same brand in another style. Again, I was taken care of by John, and given excellent customer service. They absolutely stand by what John said to me, «at the end of the day it is all about my happiness». BONUS, if they don’t have the style you are looking for, they will order it for you. This, my friends, is world class customer service!
