We stopped in this store for our first visit to a Boot Barn and we’re greeted by Terri. She gave us one on one attention and shared her professionalism with us to meet our needs. We are very pleased with the service we received. Will definitely return when we are in the area!

I love this store. They go above and beyond to give you good service. I had a problem recently with a pair of boots I purchased, the manager made sure to fix the problem and I left happy. Highly recommend this store.

Great customer service! Very impressed with the assistance I received from the manager this morning, she was very knowledgeable about the boots. This kind of customer service will set boot barn apart from every other store and keep customers coming back. I contemplated purchasing danner again. She gave me her honest opinion and I made up my mind from there. I think I’ll be happy with my new Georgia’s.

Came in looking for a new pair of work boots and Jayson walked up to me and asked if I had any questions. I told him I need boots with lots of durability and comfort. He showed me a pair that are exactly what I was looking for and even introduced me to other products that can make my new investment last longer. Overall I had a great experience and will continue to go there for work boots in a few months.

Great friendly employees!
But very poor stock…
only had last years Correl catalog.
The computer system didn’t even have most of those products in it.
Very outdated computer system and I’m guessing ether a lack of management in this department for the lack of updates or simply a lazy corporate care.

Friendly people but a poor selection of boots compared to other boot barns I have been to in Nevada. rename it the Boot Shed might be more fitting.

I’ve been here a small handful of times and the staff is always really friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. Very large selection of boots, clothes, and everything else you need. Before buying boots we did a lot of price checking, and this was definitely the cheapest place to go. They will price match their website’s prices up to $ 10. Sign up for their rewards card and earn a $ 15 gift card just buy shopping there!
