I went through the drive thru last night, I had 3 cars ahead of me. I waited over 15 minutes and finally got up to the window. The manager I could see was sitting at a table eating her pancakes and 4 staff members were standing around chatting with her, they were laughing and playing around. The poor guy at the window was the only one behind the counter working his butt off. I try to avoid this Mcdonalds since the service is slow, slow, slow… Hello??? This is McDonalds we shouldnt having to wait over 15 – 20 each time we go through the drive thru. What happened to quick service? Obviously a management issue.

Just horrible. Wanted two cups of coffee and they served three other people first who ordered after we did. We told them at least five times how much cream and NO sugar and they still put sugar in one of the drinks. We love McD coffee but we will never stop here again.

Play area could use a deep clean as well as the rest of the restaurant, but food was good and staff was great.
