My wife lost a clasp off her earring and I stopped by this shop to order one. The owner was extremely helpful, identified the right size, materials and placed an order. I had a replacement in 48 hours. Upon installation he had tightened both clasps and stones, cleaned the earrings pro bono. Great personal experience, I’ll be back if I need any jewelry work done.
