Too bad for me that I came inside and got stuck behind the two «partners» that needed to catch up on old High School stories with the person at the register. Suggest that employees need to make sure that the non-working visitors understand that they are not the priority
Well I finally got my drink, but oooops! I ordered a mocha with coconut milk. I got the coconut milk with a nice mound of whipped crème. Isn’t whip crème made from milk? I have ordered the same drink many times from Starbucks and never have I had whipped crème. I thought that Starbucks probably trained people to avoid whipped crème when someone orders a non-milk drink. But when I asked to get it redone without whipped crème, I was told that it was my responsibility to make sure that they knew. Apparently that’s how it works here.
I did eventually get what I wanted. It was good. I almost did one star… but I’ll save that for places where I never actually get what I order.
