They take their time here and seem to have no sense of urgency even with a line of people. I called 2 plus hours to arriving and even though my prescription was ready I was made to wait an additional 15 plus minutes. For what reason I don’t know. Definitely won’t be using this location again. The one on 223^rd and Glisan is way better and friendlier.

Very difficult to get through on the phone anytime of day or night to check if prescriptions are ready. It’s a long wait and then they seem clueless. They talk like high school dropouts. We just couldn’t deal with this, so we changed pharmacy.

Staff does not want to be here. Silent attitude is still attitude, wipe the «I don’t want to be here» off your face.

Most incompetent pharmacy ever. First they tell me my insurance info has expired and if I come back within 7 days with my receipt and current insurance information, then I can get whatever cost of my prescription that my insurance covers refunded back onto my card. They also told me that if I bought my prescription outright today, I wouldn’t be able to mail my receipt in as an insurance claim because they’re system said my information had expired or was wrong. So I called my insurance, who informed me that my information is, in fact, correct. I drove all the way back to this specific walgreens like they told me to, insurance information and receipt in hand. Only to be told that my insurance isn’t contracted with them so they can’t run my information or refund me any money today and I have to mail in my receipt to my insurance as a claim and wait 6 to 8 weeks for my money back. If I had been told a week ago that my insurance wouldn’t work here, I would have just taken my prescription somewhere else. I work two jobs and go to school. I don’t have time to be chasing information around trying to get my $ 60 back.

Poor staff with customer service. The rx dept is a joke. Most of the girls their need to take better customer service training.

Ghetto location. Poorly staffed and not in very good condition.
The local 24 hour Walgreen’s pharmacy closed so I was forced to come here.
Only pharmacy where I had to check my backpack and not take it with me so I could study while waiting for my prescription was ready.
Very nice & helpful pharmacist but the pharmacy seemed very lightly staffed and I was lucky there weren’t any other late night customers or it might have been slow.
I’ll be looking for a nicer 24 hour pharmacy so I don’t have to come here again.
