AT&T

i vowed never to enter the at&t on manhattan again, due to a bad experience there, not to mention it’s a madhouse over there. So, instead, I visited this store to add a line for my father, because AT&T is the only provider that has good service where my parents live. But, it took foreverrrr to even get acknowledged when I walked into the store, let alone get helped by a representative. And, they hardly had any customers in the store. Two of the associates were arguing about something. I think one was accusing the other of taking his sale or something. Yet, they both missed out on a perfectly good opportunity to make a sale. Oh well. I took my business elsewhere, and was treated like a customer should be at the other store.

Considering I just went into this place to throw and eye around and didn’t actually buy anything, the staff was really nice.
Everything here is organized well and the store wasn’t packed at all, as other at&t (and cell service stores in general tend to be).
