Huge selection, pretty quality items, clean store.
However, I will definitely come back for the friendly staff and customer service. We were asked if we needed help multiple times and the cashier man was very sweet. Just a pleasant time running errands :)

This is based on selection. Wow they have a much better selection then the one near my house. Especially in the food section! You can find all kind of things you never think of, even healthy options and ethnic food. Great for getting certain food things you want for a low price!

This Big lots store is in a mess. There are baskets of unstocked good down almost every alise. The workers are rude and loud. I would rather drive 10 miles across town to the other Big lots.
