One of our water heaters went out. Gretna Plumbing assessed our situation and proposed a solution. They installed the new equipment one day later. Their crew was professional and friendly. John pointed out some related issues in our utility room plumbing and fixed a few of them on the spot.
I was very impressed with the service, the price was also very competitive. I am usually very critical of service providers, these guys did a very nice job. John is a clear communicator and a straight talker. It was a good experience.
It is several weeks post-​install and we have zero issues or complaints.

John from Gretna Plumbing is fantastic. He’s great at communication, customer service and, of course, plumbing.
He recently installed two new sinks in my house. Now my house is over 60 years old, and he was replacing the original sinks which had definitely seen better days. When updating older houses, you have to expect more than a few snags along the way. John always let me know when something unexpected came up – you know like dealing with rusted out old pipes connecting to the main and such.
In all, John did a wonderful job and i’m still loving my sinks to this day. He’s honest, skilled at his craft and his prices are fair. Can’t ask for much more than that.
