Wow. So, it’s fast food and I am ok with that. I do not have high expectations or think I’m going to Commander’s for brunch… dude, it’s a drive through. What I don’t expect is a company trying slight of hand thievery. The picture I’m posting pretty much says it all. Two items were on the menu for less than what they were wrung up. When I tried to explain it to the girl over the intercom she tried to tell me it was tax. I clearly explained what was on the board and what they were ringing up but then she told me it was my upgrade. I explained the upgrade was clearly marked, that was not it. I took these pictures and told her I’d see her at the window. Even after showing her this picture she, once again, insisted it was tax. I explained that tax was almost 9% and that would mean that tax on one meal was only .10 on a meal that was 5.49, and that there was a tax amount at the bottom for a little over $ 1. She still looked really confused(and young) so I just asked to speak to a manager. It’s not the money, .30 isn’t a big deal. It’s the idea that they were not charging the advertised price, and doing it to everyone. The manager got it, but then told me, «they updated the prices on the food but just have not changed the board yet.» I told him I wasn’t paying the extra money for things that aren’t that way on the menu. He fixed it but you have to wonder how long that the menu prices have been lower than what they’re ringing up. I’m sure most people are too drunk or stoned to notice but, come on! They probably take in double in one hour of over charging people than what I make working.

I don’t review fast food places on here unless the food/service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This review is because this Bell is the latter. I went here when it first opened a few months ago. The service was super slow and the food was sub par. I ordered a grilled stuft burrito and it was missing things that I remember being in it. Sure, it was the first one I had had in ages, but they wouldn’t just remove things from it, right? Last weekend, it was late, so my boyfriend suggested we get Taco Bell. First, for him to even suggest we get food from here is earth stopping, as he hates the place. But I digress… I ordered the Nachos Bell Grande and he got some sort of melt and a burrito. My Nachos were DISGUSTING. They had no «meat»(see the latest news about this place) on them and they were SOAKED in their cheese sauce stuff. It was like someone emptied the cheese gun on it and threw in some beans. I couldn’t even finish it. Gross! My boyfriend took one bite of his burrito and said that it tasted awful and couldn’t eat it. I’ve never had any issue with any other Taco Bell. I would chalk it up to the place just opening, and them still getting their«stride», but it’s been a few months and how hard is it to make nachos? I think I’ll just go to the one on Manhattan, as I usually do.
