Under Armour

Not a bad store. Prices are better than other retailers selling UA. Staff is hard to find and barely assists. Other than that, I will ship there again.

Lots of stuff. Not many deals to be had though. Oh, and apparently I, in no way, have a body that looks good in Under Armour. They should have a line for us more full figured men. Called, Over Armour.

Took my daughter to this location to spend some birthday money… expected a little better for «outlet» prices, even the sale and clearance stuff was still a bit steep. I think you can get better value shopping sale racks at sporting good /​department stores. But in regards to this specific location, the fitting rooms literally had mountains of tried on clothes on the floor, bench and hooks, I neatly re-​hung my daughters tried on outfits and left them reject rack. We stood at the check out for a good 5 minutes or so until the one employee working the children’s side of the store came over to help us and was less than friendly. I might note it was approximately 3:30 on a Monday afternoon… very little traffic at the time. Overall, i’m not at all impressed with this location.

This review is about UA as a company and not specifically this location, but applies to all UA stores. Long story short, their product was faulty after only a month of use. Tongue came out on one of my cleats. I tried to work w/​their CSR via online chat, but their policies were awful. They wanted me to buy a new pair, then pay to return the old pair, and then I’d get a refund if they decided. But if they didn’t…I’d be SOL and out the cost of two pairs of cleats. Horrible policy. I even asked if they would just not charge me unless I failed to return the damaged cleats and they said no. UA is guilty of the cardinal sin of charging premium prices for products and services that are anything but. I would just take ONE SHOE at this point, to prove to them that I’m not trying to scam anyone, cause I feel like that’s all they’re worried about.
