–I dined in with my fiancé, and our food took a very long time to come out. People who had ordered after us were given their food before us. I finally told an employee I had been waiting for a long while(she didn’t bother taking the initiative to ask me), and it seemed like my order had already been deleted from the bagging screen. –Upon receiving my order(bagged, even though I said I was dining in), I sat down and found that BOTH sandwiches were wrong. Awesome. –I went back to the bagging counter and told an employee my order was wrong, and she tried to tell me it wasn’t. What the heck? I’m pretty sure I know what I ordered. I showed her my receipt and again told her that neither of the sandwiches were correct. She took my receipt and sandwiches and walked away. –Later, I was finally given my correct sandwiches. When I asked for my receipt back, the employee did not respond, and instead she walked off and lazily looked for it. A manager ended up printing me a new receipt. –The grilled chicken on my sandwich was so dry, it was basically chicken jerky. I love jerky, but I surely didn’t want it today. –My fiancé didn’t even finish his sandwich. –On our way out, I found that the trash cans were full to the top. I like Wendy’s, but the team working here has absolutely no idea what they’re doing.

5 stars cause they serve breakfast ! Seems like quality ingredients but you never know since it is a fast food place. Breakfast potatoes should be served all day cause they’re delish

First off, let me preface this by saying that I had never been there before the new remodel. So if part of my experience is due to new employees or working out the kinks of the new system, please forgive me. That being said, the new look is really nice! I’ve had breakfast there four times and lunch 3 times. The breakfast appears to have some seasoned potatoes that look really good, but I’ve never gotten to try them. It seems they get to a point in the morning and after a certain time, they make no more breakfast potatoes. I guess it prevents excess waste but couldn’t we maybe cook to order some of this? And it can be painfully slow, no matter what time of day you come; chances are, you’re not getting fast or served in a friendly manner. Now that Wendy’s doesn’t seem to be such a value-driven place(remember the junior bacon cheeseburgers were $ 1.00?) it needs to step up in the service department a bit. I’m not asking for a smile, oh no. But, I don’t want to spend $ 8−9+ and get my special order wrong and STILL not even get spoken to, much less a smile. Watch out for the fries, they tout them as being better for using natural sea salt, but WOW! They are COVERED in salt, to the point of not being edible. But, it’s still better than BK and McD’s. One last thing: they have the Coke fountains that have the multiple colored/flavored drink mixes. It’s a great idea, but I find that there is no way to prevent it from having a slightly off taste. Just barely, but raspberry(my usual flavor for almost anything!) tastes strange when mixed in with Coke. I’ve tried running water through it to no avail. This Wendy’s is very modern-looking, but it unfortunately fails in most of the ways other ways that fast food tends to do, as far as service, quality, cleanliness. The food is no different than any others, so that’s based on personal preference.

I would have rather my wife drove me down to the docks and let Turkish sailors beat the fuck out of me than let me have a Pretzel Chicken combo from this establishment again. What the hell is wrong with you people? Hey, I know it takes two to tango but in my defense, I was pretty damn drunk at the time. Either way, this shit was lackluster even for fast-food standards.

Who reviews a Wendy’s? Sorry what I mean to say is no matter what I write, you already know their food and have made your mind up weather or not you’re going to eat here.

My boyfriend and I went here a while ago and it was a disaster. First of all, one of the fries for one of the meals weren’t ready, so of course we had to pull up and wait for the other fries to be cooked. But, of course, while we wait, our food(and the other order of fries) is cooling rapidly. Finally, We get our fries and go home. Well, sure enough not only is one order of fries ICE cold, but they completely messed up our order. The burgers only had SOME of the stuff that was supposed to be on them! What were we supposed to do at this point? Get in the car and go back over there? Yeah, right. My boyfriend tried to contact the company(as they tell you to do) through the website, but of course, he never heard back. I’m not really a fan of Wendy’s at all, but this experience guaranteed that I will not be returning.

Wendy’s restaurants are all pretty much the same. This location is no different than the one in East Gondwanaland, so the staff is what makes or breaks your experience. The staff of this Wendy’s is good, considering the volume this place sees. This restaurant, especially the drive through, is packed during lunch. The staff moves the line relatively quickly and is friendly.
