You never expect your heater to just go out on you and in this day and age, I’m expecting that there is no way someone is going to come out at Dark:30 and service you. Hammond was awesome! They sent someone out who arrived around 9:00 pm. Told us our options. Had someone there the next morning with spare heaters and had us scheduled to replace our furnace within a few days. Multiple people stopped by as part of their team to verify the sale from an engineering standpoint, to install, and to inspect the install. They were reasonably priced. The people on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about when I called with questions. Even installed an extra vent in our kitchen like it was slicing butter with a hot knife. Highly recommend them for anyone who may have a heating or air HVAC need. Each person on their team is specialized and very good at what they do. Located in Griffin, but I believe they service all of Metro Atlanta.
