Slices Pizzeria

Slices is a great place to have great pizza. It is sold by the slice or whole pie, I prefer the slice so I can enjoy different combinations. The classic was delish in fact the size was huge so huge that I did not get to eat my slice of Hawaiian yet. Great food great price nice ambiance. My family and I will be returning… The Secret is out about Slices well worth the drive.

BOOM! Check them out! Don’t sleep on this one folks, I had two slices of «The Classic» today. I like thin pizza, so yeah. Black olives AND green olives for that extra bit of twang. Very good

The best pizza place I have eaten at in Georgia hands down and I was born and raised in New York! The pies here are always fresh and full of flavor and the waitress is always there if we need anything, we will not eat at any of the delivery pizza places anymore, if we want pizza we make the time to take a trip to Slices!

The pizza is the best anywhere! Great selection of fresh toppings and unique combinations. The atmosphere is relaxed but really cool with excellent tunes playing, awesome hand painted wall mural and great waitresses.

Best pizza in GA. I am from NJ just outside NYC and Slices is one in my top two.
The owners are a wonderful couple that makes every patron feel at home in their warm establishment. Their food servers are young, energetic, and very pleasant and personable. This is a truly feel good eating experience. The pizza has a super thin and very tasty crust as well as delicious marinara sauce. I had their roasted pepper tomato bisque soup the other night and it was amazing. My meal was topped off with an incredible pumpkin cheesecake that must be eaten to appreciated. The cheesecake had the perfect texture and taste, one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had.
Looking forward to make next trip to Griffin, which means stopping in at slices.

Haven’t had pizza this good since leaving New York almost 10 years ago! Sure it is a bit of a wait to get your food but that is to be expected with something that is made fresh. Very big slices and tastes amazing! Friendly staff and fresh ingredients, it is totally worth it!

We were traveling through Griffin and decided to give this place a try. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, low key. Our waitress, Holly, was very attentive and sweet. Pizza was good. You could tell it was freshly made with fresh ingredients as well. My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich that was delicious! Definitely a great place for a low key Friday night.

Definitely come for the pizza, the crust is amazing! But get it to go, not much on the atmosphere and when you have a sign that says please wait to be seated then you expect to be greeted and taken to your table. Instead the waitress just points from behind the bar where to go sit. The side salad is way too expensive at $ 5.99 for a pizza joint when it is literally a tiny portion on a plate.

This is the best pizza I ever tasted. Went here with my wife and nephew. I ate 5 slices to my self. And the dough balls are to f-​ing die for. If you come to Griffin Georgia a must try.

One of my go to places for eating out. Have eaten there too much to count and never a bad experience. From the service to the food… Being from New York where we take our pizza very seriously I will always go back here. Love to sit up stairs and enjoy the view. Most importantly the food is good to go. Definitely recommend it to any true pizza fans.

Best pizza in town for sure. If you eat here you must try the little dough balls (can’t remember the real name — me and my sister have a nickname for them), they’re awesome. :)

Thank you to the entire staff and the owner or owners had the idea and foresight to open this awesome place in Griffin. I travel to you historic town for business and every time make it a point to frequent your pizzeria as often as I can. From the waitress staff to the pie architects, all are exceptional at their work. Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks!

For Griffin, this is one of the nicer places to dine as far as service and décor is concerned. It’s just okay to me. The slices are good size. Never had a waitress problem, but the kitchen seems to have a problem reading the word, jalapenos… I have even glanced at the tickets and it clearly says on my servers ticket, «no jalapenos». Don’t go here if you’re in a time crunch. Overall it’s worth it. Don’t let my experiences stop you from going… unless you hate/​are allergic to jalapenos LOL

There are times when folks tell you to try a «Must Go» eatery! The odds are usually 50÷50… But when people tell you Griffin has a decent pizza place you somehow wonder & are skeptical. Let me tell you to let your guard down, & prepare to be amazed. Good pizza in GA is hard to find, but this is great pizza. I went on a high recommendation from a Yankee friend of mine (I’m Southern to the bone) & ordered the Southern plus Bacon! Best pizza I’ve had in GA, & best I can ever remember. Good beer & great pizza. Staff was on point as well, but the lines were blurred by the yummy food & being with my 18 year old son. I WILL bring my family again even though I’m in another county. Thanx guys !!!

Best new York styled pizza in the area! The slices are big enough to get you full. I believe it is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten and I would recommend it to anyone. Jesus could come to earth today and say «what’s the best pizza down here?» And I would say «slices». that’s how good this food is.

My office is frequently eating out for lunch. this is out go to place for salads and pizza. i always order the Greek salad as it is one of the best Greek salads I have found south of 285.

To say this is good pizza would be an understatement. The crust is probably the best I’ve ever eaten an the slices are huge. One slice is probably good for most folks but I always get two:)
Beer selection is great a huge selection of craft bottled beers and several different tap selections.
This NYC style pizza is better than anything Manhattan has to offer and if your in town you owe it to yourself to stop by and try a slice.

Slices started out pretty good, but the quality has declined over the years. Still better than the other pizza places in the area. They’re a tad bit pricey for a pizzeria. Got a large buffalo chicken pizza for $ 20. I can make two of those at home for that price. Didn’t have nearly enough chicken on it and the sauce was a bit more on the sweet side, which I didn’t really mind.
What annoyed me is we paid for a large orchard salad for $ 7 and what I got was old anemic lettuce in a small bowl with grapes and slightly brown apple slices thrown in. It was suppose to have turkey, but I was told they ran out. They offered to add chicken to replace it and then charged me $ 3 for it.
I personally won’t be coming back here if it’s their policy to offer alterations to food because they ran out of an ingredient and make you pay the difference. That just isn’t right.

Pizza in Griffin? Got that right! This is a good pizzeria. Good size pizza slices. Can’t wait to try something else on my next visit. Thin pizza and good tasting. Recommend

I enjoyed eating here for the first time. Would definitely go back. I like the fact that you can get any of their specialty pizzas by the slice. Most pizzerias I’ve been to do not do this.
