Very bad service at drive thru! Order was wrong, manger on duty said there isn’t anything she can do! Will not go back to this location!

I’ve been coming here for a long time and each time, the service has got slower and slower.
I went here tonight and the young black pregnant woman (my pay slip says her name is Alexis but I’m sure that’s her name) working drive thru was very rude and was more interested in talking to a male co-​worker than actually doing her job.

Consistent with other zaxby’s quality. Good chicken, fries, and sweet tea. If you like zaxby’s, you will like this one as well.

2 ½ stars would be more appropriate. I have been here twice now and both times it was slow service compared to other Zaxby’s. I could not imagine how slow it would be if it got really busy here. The food has been ok. I did have to replace old fries with fresh ones which they happily did for me. Basically with some minor managerial improvements this could go from a mediocre location to a top notch location.
