Dairy Queen

I came here a few days ago because I love the fact that they have a grill and serve real food. Well the cashier charged me not only for my order, but for another customers as well! I ordered though the drive thru. Needless to say when I checked my account I was not happy. I called and talked to the manger on duty, who was wonderful by the way, and she took care of everything. She was extremely understanding and I truly appreciated her customer service since the cashier who rang up didn’t even have the decency to let me know she made a mistake. The manger is the only reason that my rating is still as high as it is.

If you enjoy hairy sundaes, this is the spot! I really really really wanted ice cream, and with my new caramel fascination, I definitely had to have a sundae. As I was riding back to my house, about 5 minutes into chowing down, I noticed the first hair. Now remember, I really wanted this ice cream. I argued to myself that hair is sterile. And it really looked like an eyelash. I fished it out, and continued. As I neared the bottom of the cup, trapped in a heap of caramel was a long swirled up hair. I don’t even want to know where it came from, honestly. There were still about six spoon fulls of ice cream left, but at that point, I had to chuck it. This may have cured me of my DQ habit. For reals.

Pretty good dairy queen. We have been going there for a while now and no major problems. We had one weird blizzard made once, my husband brought it back and they got new ones which were perfectly fine. It happened one time and they have been fine ever since. We are always in and out really fast inside and at the drive thru.
