We order from here a lot due to the lack of places that deliver past 9 PM in NWI — in fact, I wish they’d be open a little later. As for the quality of food… I’m not sure what people expect from Pizza Hut? You’re not paying for gourmet pizza here, friends. Delivery has always been fast and the drivers are super nice. We’ve never had any issues.

This pizza Hut is awful. I always order delivery, and they are always later than the quoted time. Not to mention, about ½ the time they forget part of my order. Then to top it off, 95% of the time the food is just awful. The few times I’ve ordered have been few and far in between, but being in the restaurant business myself I believed in giving them another chance-​but always to my disappointment. After this last time I think it’s safe to say I will not be ordering from this pizza Hut again.

Wow, this Pizza Hut is the worst I’ve been to. The food is good because the recipe is right but the service here sucks. It’s slow and they are rude and they get your order wrong half the time. It looks as if they are trying to hire new people I just hope they don’t get jaded.

All Huts are not the same. I came here at exactly noon. There was about 4 tables full of people. The cheese on top of the pizza was hard from sitting around so long. The peperoni was curling like an old shoe. I waited for the new stuff. But that took about 10 minutes. By that time 20 more people came through the door. The place looks as though they started to remodel it and the contractor ran off with the dough. I will not be coming back here.
