I love their pizza. But their service pretty much sucks. I was quoted an hour for delivery. I called at an hour and a half and was told it was on its way. I called at 2 hours and was told that the driver broke down but another driver was going to meet the other and deliver it. But ooh, they will credit my account as half off. I finally cancelled at almost 3 hours and demanded a refund and made PB&Js… The«lady» was very rude, sarcastic, and hung up on me. I will never offer anything from them again.

Received a burnt pizza via delivery but started to eat because we were starving. I called to let them know and was answered with sarcasm. They did offered to make a new one but wanted the burnt pizza back?! Really?! As I mentioned, we couldn’t wait another hour to eat. I asked for half off on our next pizza, I thought that was fair. No apology just sarcasm. I have enjoyed Barton’s for many years. No more.

I ordered an Italian beef in store. I asked for au jus on the side. What I received was a soaked Italian beef sandwich soaked in au jus to the point where the bread would tear when touched. They gave me au jus on the side. That au jus is not what caused the bread to be soaked. The sandwich was wrapped in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil and the au jus was put in a separate bag and placed in with the wrapped sandwich. Needless to say a soaked sandwich was not what I was expecting. Also at the time I had asked for the slice of pizza and pop deal and the man taking my order said that they could not give me a slice and pop special because the slice needed to be custom made. What? You make a whole pizza custom made just to sell a slice? This is not what I call customer service.
