Taco Bell

The food is like all Taco bells. The service is good. The chips seemed stale the last few times

Not that I expected anything great when stopping here, but my Mexican pizza was half smashed and stuck to the cardboard and my tacos came with pieces of lettuce. If it were quick I would have understood that maybe a mistake or two were made but after waiting a lot longer than I should have, it would have been nice for my meal to be made to order. Also, the taco shells were stale. I threw out most of it. The second star is only because everyone in the drive thru was very polite and friendly.

This taco bell is the worst. Slow service, being ignored at the counter. Today there where teenagers in the dining area swearing, playing loud music, with one threatening to knock out some elderly gentleman for walking into the bathroom. Did you ever hear of LOCKING the door? And the managers didn’t do a damn thing. I finally yelled at them myself.

I’d give it no stars if that were an option… meals wrong 4 out of 5 times. After waiting in drive thru for no less than 15 minutes any time of the day. Have now waited for 28 minute but can’t back out of drive thru or would have a looonnnggg time ago. Almost 40 minutes on drive thru is completely ridiculous

Often times I stop at a local restaurant to grab a bite to eat for my family. In the past it was McDonalds, Burger King, Church’s Chicken and Wendys. All of which I don’t patronize anymore because of food quality issues. This the reason for this synopsis. I have visited this Taco Bell countless times and ordered various items that come out fine but whenever I order a particular item, Spicy Potatoe Soft taco, it does not meet expectation and I am certain not the company’s either. If I could attach a picture I would. Despite specifically requesting for my taco to be made fresh and stating that I’ve experience problems in the past, a red flag that my attention to detail will be magnified, I was delivered dry old brittle potatoes that resemble dried steak meat left on an Arizona pavement. I don’t believe that Taco Bell is in Business to loose customers but after this visit I don’t think I can agree with that statement. My order #327 003 at the Taco Bell 2 076 105 E Ridge Road, Griffith, IN 46 319 taken by Cashier Tabatha T in the drive thru was the complete opposite of fresh. When I called to alert the staff, speaking to Vivian she offered to replace it if I came back. Creating a whole different set of problems (getting dressed, leaving home, pausing the meal for my family) just to drive 4 miles round trip to get a fresh sandwich that I should have received in the first place. This is unacceptable. I don’t know if there is a training issue or a production issue. Perhaps the Manager On Duty wants to cut shrink (loss) by using old product or simple laziness but something must be done or Taco Bell will too, join the list of non-​visited restaurants. I truly hope that this is reaching someone with the authority and will to seek and make the changes necessary. I look forward to a resolution to this matter. Oh and by the way, I often take the survey whether I am presented with a great or negative experience.

As far as fast food goes, Taco Bell is still one of the best. I know they get knocked (rightfully so) for using poor quality ingredients, but it always tastes amazing. There are some bad reviews for the service at this particular location, but Sunday mornings have always been great for me. They don’t get five stars because the drive thru is a pain to pull into.

The pits. Don’t expect real Mexican food and don’t ask for simple items like tomato.
They recently remodeled from the ground up; I haven’t been inside, but the same mammoth hole has been left in the drive-​up lane for over 10 years. Makes me wonder…

Stay far way from this Taco Bell!!! The service is Horrible!!! I’ve been there twice, both times spent in line for an extremely long time. And they can’t even get the order right! I’m not talking about a big order, I’m talking about a small order for ONE person! I will never go back!

Been here a few times and this place is a total hit or miss, but mostly a miss. The last two times I’ve been there it’s been a miss. It’s unfortunate because normally I love Taco Bell, but I don’t get it much anymore because this is the closest one and it’s frequently a disappointment.
