If I could do negative stars I would. This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut ever. I rarely order just because it is so awful. But sometimes I think, hey I’ll give them a second chance. Big mistake. Every single time we order it takes 2 –3 hours over the promise time to get the pizza. The pizza always comes under cooked. The associates are always rude. I’m not sure how this place is still in business.

I get nothing but crap from this store. I order from here regularly because I live close and it’s convenient, but if I were looking for service or quality, I would never go back. The pizza always looks like it was made by a two-year-old, the kids I get on the phone are always rude, and everything takes longer than it should. If you are willing to spend the extra few dollars, go to the Godfathers up the street. (By the way, I was a manager at a national pizza chain store for a few years, so I know what is acceptable and what isn’t. I’m not just being grumpy.)

The pizza was horrible not to mention the service. The crust was not cooked at all, it was complete dough. The previous experience there was the same except it was breadsticks undercooked with no seasoning. My advice, Stay away if at all possible!

How do you screw up a large pizza and bread sticks? The pizza was made but they forgot to make the bread sticks… I swear this shopping center us cursed or something. Both restaurants in this area are incredibly slow and rarely get the orders right. I’d look elsewhere for pizza.

The worst Pizza hut i’ve ever been too.
Completely unorganized. I’ve seen them loose orders, pick pizza up off the floor, Lie to customers, and steal from customers.
Pick a different one or go down the street to Breadeaux Pizza.
