Biggby Coffee

Let the silly folks who ‘think’ Starbucks is so much better go there (their coffee is lousy) Bigby has some very tasty blends of coffee that i really enjoy.
Keep up the good work, Bigby, many of us enjoy you a lot!

Coffee is definitely not as good as Starbucks. Oddly, the «Biggby Blend», I believe it’s called — whatever their house roast is, is my least favorite, aside from the flavored ones of course. I went with the Black & Tan, which is a blend of the house and French, and will probably opt for the French when I go back. Only been there once but the staff was EXTREMELY pleasant and seating is my favorite part — very spread out, makes it much more pleasant than others in the area.
My biggest gripe — maybe just the one time but it was FREEZING. I promise, I’ll still buy your coffee — and I’ll camp out no matter what the temp! I’m still buying your drinks. You don’t need to set the temp to 62 degrees.
However — Both at the register and the person handing me my coffee made conversation and were very very nice. Also side note I’m pretty sure it was the manager who I saw training new employees — kudos to her. She’s keeping everybody happy and her energy level is sky-​high. It seems to rub off on everybody working, and even a little on me. She was awesome. Keep up the good work, staff. I’ll be here a lot.

Let the jackasses line up at Starbucks and all the other places south of vernier. I’ll come to Biggbys and have the best cup of coffee in the pointes. It’s great for sitting quietly and trying to forget how much your children hate you.

I don’t go to Biggby a lot because I’m not really into the super sweet lattes & the fact that it’s another chain kind of turns me off, but the employees here are very nice. I would recommend this location based on the service. Parking kind of sucks sometimes but there’s always street parking around if you’re willing & able to walk a little.

Nice staff very friendly, but don’t know how to make a Latte. Best bet is stick with the coffee.

Clean, friendly enough service. I like the question of the day.
As a Starbucks addict, I shall not lie and say it is in the same league. It’s just not.
This location is nice, you can sit outside, and it’s a short walk to my favorite European bakery.
It’s prices are higher than Starbucks which surprised me.
Bottom line. It’s decent, I wouldn’t tell people to go out of their way, nor would I detour you. After-​all, if you’re a Starbuck addict, don’t bother swaying.

The best coffee house around … Make sure you look in the local papers for the buy one get one free coupon.

Coffee is very good I love me my Biggby. The workers are very nice and very sociabke always put a smile on my face. I recommend the frozen Teddy Bear or Frozen Hot chocolate. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is it has NO drive threw. Its pretty hard lugging 2 kids in to get a coffee.

Customer services is TOPS! They are fast and friendly, great selection and comfortable seating as well as ample parking. I love coming here and happy that they are in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite coffee joints in the area. Prior to moving to SCS, I was a slave to Starbucks. I am glad I’ve branched out to Biggby!
This location has fast, friendly service. The seating area seems a bit more spread out than your typical coffee shop, which is a plus.
My only two, very small gripes:
1. I wish they had a bigger selection of snacks and sandwiches. Sometimes it’s nice to have a breakfast sand which or big muffin to go along with my delicious latte.
2. The parking lot. When it’s busy, it can feel like a giant game of Tetris just attempting to park my vehicle!
