Jets Pizza

This was a complete disappointment. Never have trying jets pizza before I was actually excited to try out this brand. However this experience was a huge letdown. Lets start out with they got the order wrong. That right was the first strike. Now lets move onto the pizza. What can I say it was a disgusting mess. One of our pizzas all the toppings had slid of to one side and was a huge gloppy mess in the box. The other pizza were just as disgusting. I could see the grease standing on top of the pizza and every slice you tried to remove from the box left the toppings behind in a huge mess. We basically ended up eating crust and then scooping up the toppings and eating them separate. Within just a few hours I had the worst stomach ache and felt horrible. I do not recommend this food to anyone.

Jets is our favorite major brand to order in this house. Above average deep dish pizza. The customer service at this particular location isn’t exceedingly awesome and the delivery times are fairly slow, but it is good pizza. When in a dinner pinch we will always call Jets first.

Easy and cheap place to get consistently good pizza. Delivery usually right on time. Ordered a bunch of pizzas for the Super Bowl to be delivered at 7pm, it showed up exactly at 7pm! Would recommend for any day of the week and parties. Open late on weekends.

Never had anything bad from Jets and this location is great. The staff seem competent and friendly delivery, always right on time!

It’s Pizza. It’s cheap. It’s quick. It’s delicious. It might have chunks of dangerous plastic in the cheese! WHAT?!
Yes. My wife and I were enjoying pizza with our neighbors and unbelievably my wife got this odd look on her face and then choked a little and pulled out a huge chunk of plastic out of her mouth.
The plastic was clear, about a ½″ to ¾″ long and extremely sharp on both ends. If swallowed I fear an hospital’s emergency visit would have been in our future.
I called and reported the incident however the person on the other end didn’t seem to care and just wanted to know if I wanted another pie. NOOOOO I do not. I asked the person on the phone to please have the owner contact me about the situation but «Matt» never did. The guy on the phone figured the plastic came from the scoop they use for the cheese.
Maybe they are not using proper safety standards-​who knows? But I do know cheap pizza is not worth going to the emergency room for.
Stay away.

The pizza that they make at this location is the same as you would get at all other Jets Pizza, delicious. The one thing I did not like is the way the employees treated me as a customer. They were rude and impatient when I was placing the order at the store.

Consistent and always good.

Jets is simply the best take-​out pizza on the East side. When we get visitors from out-​of-​town, they all rave about this pizza, especially the thick square. I can’t figure out some of the other ratings for pizza in the Grosse Pointe area. Maybe they just haven’t tried Jets.
