Avoid avoid avoid. Horrible sandwiches. In the past forty years there have been very few occasions where I couldn’t eat my meal. This was one of them!!! I could not finish the incredibly bad turkey sandwich. Foul stuffing. Overflowing with mayo and mustard. In addition off-handed staff. Strange ordering concept as well. Avoid this place! Terrible!

So it hurts to write this review because I’m a fan. I used to be a huge fan but have become a bit disenchanted of late. This particular location started with a bang but I’ve noticed a slow decline in the preparation of the food. Possibly the cost of food has increased, possibly rent went up… regardless the portions of ingredients have decreased. The ingredients are a bit more haphazardly tossed together and I find myself only coming once per month now. Food takes a little longer to come off the line and there’s no noticeable manager the last few times I’ve been. It’s now become my go to shake place as I’m disappointed in the subs. The shakes are very good-but honestly how many shakes do you need. I do wish them the best as it has the potential to be great. Ex: bacon not crispy, spinach reduced by more than half, cheese portions feel inconsistent, no longer house chips offered on the subs

First time here– we walked in and(I believe) the manager greeted us, asked if we’d ever been in before and we said no. He explained how everything worked, offered advice and let us order– super friendly! The options are limitless! I was overwhelmed in the best way possible, husband said I couldn’t have 4 sandwiches :/ I ordered the chicken pesto with all my amazing toppings and it was THEE best sandwich I’ve ever had and it’s not even expensive! The manager came and asked how we were doing, if everything was good and roughy us napkins. If every time I go there is as good as this time, this will easily be my new favorite place! I’ll probably go back tomorrow!

This place is nothing short of awesome. Nothing crazy amazing or something you can’t make at home, but the employees are extremely kind(almost as great as the heavenly angels employed at Chick-fil-a) and never fail to impress me. Great place for kids of all ages. Grab a paper bag, write your name on it and customize it any way you’d like. I return here every Sunday to enjoy a delicious sandwich.

Which Wich. Which Wich do you want? Which Wich will you be having? Which Wich? I got so sick of hearing that while being here. I understand where they’re trying to go with this but makes things feel somewhat«childish». New place. Super busy during lunch rush. You grab a bag. Check the boxes for meats, veggies, dressing and everything else. Lots of choices. You can literally«have it your way» anyway you want it with whatever you want on it. The sandwiches are priced right where they should be. The employees are cool. The place seems clean. They need a napkin dispenser instead of the roll of napkins you would find in your own home. I’m sure this place will do well. The location alone in a recipe for success. In the heart of downtown. Perfect place for lunch for all those peeps working downtown. I personally would pick Potbelly over Which Wich. I would pick Which Wich over subway for sure.

A nice, clean sandwich venue with fresh ingredients, solid prices, an original-type menu and courteous employees — what more can you ask for? I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, and after a hungover sushi excursion went in another direction I went here with my partner. The all-white interior actually looks pretty nice, and there are more than enough tables to eat inside(and get free refills on pop). The menu can be complicated at first, but it’s ultimately easy to grasp: there are brown paper bags with different numbers on them(4 for beef, 5 for chicken, 6 for vegetarian, etc etc) and you pick what you most desire.(They even have seafood on the menu.) Then, you check off a plethora of options for your sandwich: size(7 inches, 10 inches, 14.5 inches); toasted or not; veggies — which include banana peppers, jalapenos, lettuce, red onion, onion straws — and all free add-ons beside avocado; meat add-ons like bacon($ 1 extra); sauces and spices(ranch, spicy ranch, buffalo sauce, vinegar, oil, oregano, salt, pepper, etc.) and the breads(wheat, white, naked in a bowl). I love the variety, as you can basically make thousands of different food concoctions right at your own fingertips. And if you feel confused or have a question, the employees know what they’re doing and are really nice. I had the medium(10-inch) buffalo chicken sandwich, on wheat, with numerous add-ons and it was DELICIOUS. Very filling and fresh. Loved it. This place, even after one try, was so much better than Subway and Quizno’s and you get more bang for your buck. They need to open more of these in the metro area.(TIP: They don’t validate parking)

Nothing changed, went two days ago and was not greeted, treated like I was bothering them, and found a hair in my sandwich, done ever eating here

This is a very clean and well organized establishment. All I need is for you all to get a gluten free bread, and I my entire family could dine here!

The staff was very friendly when they seen me standing there looking like I was a lost orphan trying to figure out how to order a sandwich… STEP1. walk in look at menu posted in wall STEP2. Pick your bag to the corresponding sandwich number listed on the menu. STEP3. Write on the brown bag with your red sharpie how you want it. STEP4 Give your order to the people at register and pay STEP5. get a free sticker and pin located next to register and wait for your number to be called. STEP6. Eat!

I want to love this place, I really do, I just don’t! The sandwiches can be compared to Potbelly’s in quality but with a much larger price tag. You custom make your sandwich like subway but instead of telling them what you want you fill out a paper bag. It seems like a cool idea but I think it slows things down. The cashier has to read the bag and transfer that into the computer then they slide it on a wired line to the sandwich maker who has to break their neck and squint their eyes just to read the bag and figure out what you want on your sandwich(I feel bad for them). I’ve had no one in front of me and it still took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. I really feel like its because the poor sandwich makers can’t see the damn bags clearly. This is also why I think 2 of the times I’ve been there they haven’t put things I’ve requested on my sandwich. Their shakes are amazing though, I would recommend getting one of those. The atmosphere is cool as well, very yellow and fun. The service has always been friendly, just slow. The fact is the subs are good but for the price it’s not worth it. I’d rather go to Potbelly, Subway or Jimmy Johns pay less, not wait so long and get the same quality food.

My favorite sandwich shop in the world! I have been a loyal fan since 2008 when I tried which wich for the first time in Dallas, TX. The staff is always nice and friendly. This location is in pretty cool part of the Detroit metro area. The service is really good and quick. The shakes here are awesome! Very thick and made to perfection! The sandwiches are simply the best! Very fresh and flavorful. I love the veggie black bean party and the buffalo chicken sandwich with extra buffalo sauce! Try the potato chips on your wich! Enjoy! ;)

I was of the mindset that this area did not need another sandwich spot. With panera just down the street and nautical deli a few miles away, there were already enough options for me. However upon giving this place a try I was more than pleasantly surprised. The concept is trendy, but we’ll executed so it doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard or too complicated for older generations. You start out by choosing your bag, and fill in your sandwich choices right on the bag. They have lots do meat options and many veggie options. My vegan BFF was impressed by all vegan dressings and vegan bread. I’ve had the caprese with the house balsamic vinegrette and the artichoke with the balsamic vinegrette. I’m telling you I could drink their balsamic vinegrette. The cookies are fresh baked and warmed in the oven when you order them. The owner, Eric, can be seen around the restaurant wiping down tables and greeting customers. Each time I’ve been he’s greeted us, and he remembered my sweet dad by name. Big points there. This is a great addition to the village. I can’t wait to try the app and pre-order my sandwiches!

Heard from a friend about the Which Wich opening in Gross Pointe Village and had to check it out. Here is my review. Very impressed with the layout and the design of the store. The colors from the subway tile behind the counter and the ceiling and floor tiles tie together really nicely. The staff was very friendly and courteous and walked me through exactly how to order a sandwich even though the place was very busy. The design of the store is fun and whimsical, reminds me of shopping in a Trader Joe’s. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and a Sriracha Tuna to go for my girlfriend. The crisp fresh taste was obvious from the first bite, comparing strongly to Potbelly but with a little better kick and spice. Even though my girlfriend had the sandwich about 2 – 3 hours after it was made, she loved it! We will be back for sure, great addition to the area and the sandwich market.

I had high hopes for this place. But after my visit today I will not be returning. Upon entering the place was a madhouse with pre-teen kids running everywhere, and confused youth workers getting in everyones way. The placement of the ordering counter inevitably causes a traffic jam in the middle of the place. Anyone who is slightly claustrophobic I advise to stay away. It took me 7 minutes to place my order, and another 15 minutes to finally receive it. I live 3 blocks from the GP location and when I got home, my hot philly cheesesteak sub was cold. Out of 5 stars I rate the sandwich 2 stars. When I pay over 12 $ for a sub I expect it to be above Subway quality, which it wasn’t. Too bad this could’ve been a well needed sub shop for GPFarms.
