Saturday(02÷13÷16) I came into the shop with only two ppl working(Annie and Cindy) and one person in the chair. Nobody was in the shop and you would think from V-Day coming up it would be packed. Annie was busy with a client so I got Cindy. I told them I wanted a full set. Two seconds later the was harassed about getting gel nails ! I was content with getting a normal for set without the gel and she said okay and got to work ! Everything was going good until she asked«you want gel nails right? Gel nails are stronger for your nails and last 3 months. I only charge you 5 extra«I should have known that was a lie. Now remember it’s only 1 other person getting they nails done besides me. A hour and 30 till close 3 ppl walked in. Cindy decides she wants to rush on my nails. I had to ask her to clean up my cuticles because she didn’t, she cut my names way shorter than I wanted after I told her where to cut and every time I tried to ask her a question she said«I know, I’m not done » ! Well Cindy basically jumped off my nail did someone else’s and came back and rushed back again on mines. Mindful we didn’t even get to my feet. Another two ppl walk in and it just turns to crap ! She didn’t finish my nails at the station before throwing me in a chair who massager didn’t work and water was cold. She didn’t scrub my feet, just a tap here and there. While cutting and cleaning my toenail she stab the tool under my toenail. Side note(because she was rushing so much she cut this 4 year old finger and slapped a cotton ball full of rubbing alcohol on her cuticle where the cut was. The poor baby was crying) anywho my toenails were rushed and she had another girl(who came from nowhere) finish on my toes. She proceeded to finish my nails, which I requested to have lil gems put on. She slapped those on and drowned it I a ton of clear coat ! My total came up to 80 dollars and I tipped 15 only because I felt bad ! NEVERAGAIN ! UPDATE !!! 2÷16÷16 ************** I gave 5 stars due to the excellent customer service Annie showed me ! She was understanding, polite, and apologize! Agreed to take care of my from free and was extremely patient ! I will for now on come see Annie. Although I did pay 25 extra to get a new set

I absolutely Annie that is my nail gal. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my Blog about it. She also provides a guarantee service of her work for chips or broken nail etc. I love getting acrylic gel with her. It really lasts longer than any other places I’ve gotten my nails done. I haven’t had any issues with my nails lifting or any of that. I have mommy daughter dates and get pedicures there with my little girl and we will grab lunch or sushi next door at Big Y. It’s in a huge plaza so there is plenty of parking spots. It doesn’t look as fancy or aesthetic as other salons but there are plenty of those out there only their service isn’t as great which I care about more of how long my nail lasts especially since the pricing around here aren’t most competitive and all equally costly in my opinion. I have tried a few around Mystic and Groton and I can confidently say that Annie is surely my nail gal. If you go in the morning on a weekday, it’s fairly quiet there and I have never had to make an appointment around then.

Did not see a license for any of the manicurists or owner. They did not speak or understand English, just spoke oriental. Had oriental music playing. Spoke oriental to one another while I was sitting there. Did not see a sterilizing machine for their instruments. Charged my 8 year old daughter $ 25.00 plus tax for a pedicure. Children’s chair was broken and leaking water all over the floor. I will never go there again. Noticed that no one was there when I went in, plus no one came in while I was there.

It was my first time, but I believe it will be my last. I went on a Friday afternoon, thinking it would be busy, It was empty! That was a concern, the salon was dated but it seemed somewhat clean. The woman that did my nails, cut one of my cuticles and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. She didn’t once say she was sorry. Overall the polishes seem old and dry, the clean polish was tacky and maid my polish bubble.

ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE. First I went on a Sunday afternoon expecting a wait, it was a ghost town, should have been my first clue. Then they acted like I was putting them out for asking for a full set!!! The guy ignored me the whole time speaking only to his co-worker, not even a thank you. That’s just the customer services. As for their work… equally TERRIBLE !!! I went Sunday 9−20−15 and it is now Wednesday 9−23−15 and I already have one nail that popped off and another just one tug away! These are gel nails ! they should last weeks not days! I will not be coming back $ 55 wasted!!! I will however going back to Elegant Nails just up the road(should have waited until Monday to go to elegant as they are not open on Sunday). Again sadly disappointed.

Stopped here while traveling with my daughter. What they lack in ambiance, they make up for in customer service. Henry went the extra mile in pampering, and gave me a great pedicure.

2 stars is based on how clean the salon was. Salon was clean– no hot water, they brought in hot water from the store next door. Got the middle-of-the-road pedicure for $ 35 and they were done in about 30 minutes. No massage, which is my favorite part! They missed ½ of one of my toes too! Wouldn’t return.

Love this nail salon!!! They were very friendly and helpful. Price was great for a gel manicure. Had amazing colors to chose from. Will be going back in a few weeks with a friend to do our nails and toes.

I would give them no stars if I could. The first time I went I got a shellac manicure from a very rude man. Decided to give them another try and called set an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed. When I went the next day at 12 o’clock pm, at my schedule appointment time, the whole entire shop was locked up and dark inside. It was like they had ignored my appointment. If you’re looking for good service go across the street next to Mañana. They are nice and actually show up when they have appointments. ANH is the absolute worst place ever.

I’ve been here a couple times now for shellac manicures — $ 25, which is very reasonable. They do a really excellent job and my shellac always lasts 4+ weeks without the ends chipping. They offer a variety of services although I haven’t tried them yet. They also have very convenient hours.

This place is awesome. Couldn’t find any reviews and decided to just give it a try. Took my dad here for a Father’s Day pedicure and he loved it! It was very clean inside and the services were great. They offer 3 pedicures… basic($ 25), deluxe($ 35) and spa($ 45). My sister got a manicure($ 12) with Hana and she was awesome. Did really nice free-hand nail design. Their business card also says they offer facials, massage and waxing. And they’re open Sundays! Will definitely be back.
