Hands-down the best pizza around — the perfect medley of cheese, sauce, and delicious crust. I enjoyed the Italian sub as well but haven’t yet ventured out and tried too much else. It’s hard to pass up on ordering the pizza!

For the size of the Resturant they have a large menus. I got a spinach salad. Which was tasty but a little skimpy on the extras(cranberries, walnuts, gorgonzola). The rest of the party were satisfied with their selections, Italian sub and a wrap. Good sized portions, well priced. My biggest complaint was the ventilation or lack there of. As soon as you walk in you can smell gas from ovens and was present the entire meal. Would not return for sit down but would get take out from here again.

Delicious Italian style pizza with super fresh and homemade toppings. We get take out here every Friday and have yet to be disappointed by any of the numerous pizza options.

5 stars for the food(pizza, specifically). 4 stars because I’ve had to wait longer than told/expected on a few occasions for my pies. Did NOT expect to find such spectacular pizza at this little, unassuming sub shop. Wow! What a surprise. Crust is chewy, flavorful and totally addictive. Toppings are as fresh as they get — high quality meat products and fresh-sliced veggies. We live in Pepperell and our go-to delivery is C&S, which I like, but the pizza just doesn’t compare. Not even close. Wish Bruno’s delivered. I would pay a sizable delivery fee to have this pizza shipped directly to my face.

Fresh, chewy dough and ingredients in nice proportion; the best pizza place in the larger Groton area. I ordered a spinach and tomato pizza and it was terrific! The consistency is higher grade than a lot of the other pizza places in Groton or Ayer.

Best pizza in the Groton and Littleton area. Dough is delicious and the ingredients are fresh. My go to pizza place.

I just ordered from Brunos for the first time and I did not get the pizza so I can’t speak to it. I ordered two subs(a chicken parm for myself and a grilled chicken and veg for my wife) and it was one of the worst chicken parm subs I’ve ever had(and I’ve had a lot). I was really hungry but could barely get through half and threw the rest away. First of all it was cut up chicken which I cann’t stand in a chicken parm sub. I think it was pre cooked for pizza and they just put it in the roll for a sub and so it was really dry. It was also way too salty and the seasonings were not what I would expect on a chicken parm… the meat was covered in some sort of spice that did not help matters. On top of that the sauce was burnt and all of the cheese they put on the top got stuck to the paper they wrapped it in(why don’t sub places know to put the cheese on the bottom?). My wife said her grilled chicken sub wasn’t good either and she threw most of hers away also. We also ordered mozzarella sticks which were undercooked and the marinara sauce they gave us looked like it was scraped off the bottom of a sauce pan that had been on the stove for days(dark brown and burnt tasting). By the sound of some recent reviews. it seems like they just don’t care anymore.

Called 45 minutes before closing and was put on hold for approximately 3 minutes. When they finally took my call I tried to order a cheese pizza(tough one huh?) and was told they were closed… Drove by the place fifteen minutes later, open sign still up, customers going in and out. When an OPEN restaurant turns me away once for no reason they NEVER receive my patronage again. Way to go Brunos!!!

Good pizza, but I’m sick of the wait. If it’s gonna be 50 minutes for a pizza I’d rather know ahead of time. I’m getting tired of sitting in the shop for 20 minutes cuz my pizza isnt ready. Time to find a new place.

Easily the best pizza in Groton. Great Italian style pizza. The owner got his training, experience, and menu from Sorrento’s, another local favorite a few towns over. Pizza is their thing. Other dishes are decent! We will go here 2 or 3 times a month at a minimum.

This is my go-to pizza place! I’ve been there more than a dozen times since moving to the area and their pizza has never disappointed. Always hot, fresh and the large is a pretty good size. I’ve gotten a couple salads that weren’t as good as their usual *great*, but still put most pizza joint salads to shame. Bruno’s is pricier than average but I’m definitely willing to pay a few extra bucks for the real deal. Oh yeah, and the guys who run the place might not seem too sociable at first but they’re very nice people, just quiet!

Awful! I’ve had good pizza in the past from Bruno’s. However, this night of big pizza dreams I had… I said I’ll drive to pickup good pizza– I turned to Bruno’s to provide but I was severely disappointed I shelled out $ 16 for pizza that was cold, limp, undercooked and flavorless I will not return… ever…pretty sure it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had…

My first experience at Bruno’s was quite good. I had the Carnivale pizza and it was wonderful. That’s why Bruno’s is getting 2 stars rather than 1. However my second experience was so terrible I may never go back. I ordered take out one night at 7:45(45 minutes before the closing time stated on their menu). After placing my order of pizza and buffalo wings, the man on the phone was overly quick with me stating that they closed in 15 minutes and wanted to know when I’d be there to pick up the order. I was taken aback, but I live close by so I said 10 minutes, and that’s when I arrived. I really wish I had looked at my food before I left because the pizza was WAY undercooked; it was like soup, barely edible, and the pieces were dripping with a watery substance. Then when we opened up the buffalo wings we found they weren’t buffalo wings at all — just regular chicken wings. It was very disappointing. If just one of these things happened I would consider it an honest mistake. However, the attitude of the man who took my order and the resulting mistakes make me think they really don’t care about their customers. It’s not my fault if the menu says the wrong time! I’ve only lived there a year and a half so the menu couldn’t have been that old. You just can’t take out your frustrations on your customers!

We moved to Groton about a month ago. We had been trying pizza places in Pepperell, but never found a placed ewe loved. We absolutely enjoyed the pizaa we got tonight at Brunos = very thin crust, bubbley, just the right amount of cheese and toppings. This IS out new pizaa place!

Love Bruno’s for take out. Fast and cheap, even the meat lovers pizza was not super greesey. 4 stars because the sauce is pretty sweet, but no big deal. Medium meat lovers pizza for 11 $

Good little sub shop. We got lunch here a few days in a row. The subs are pretty good. I’ve had a turkey sub, an Italian, and a meatball all from here. The cold subs could use a little more meat in them if you ask me, but they are tasty and certainly big enough for me. The meatball sub is pretty good — I found the sauce to be lacking, but the meatballs are huge and the cheese is all nice and melty on it. It’s a cute little shop with only a few tables to sit at. The guys that work there are really nice but very hard to understand on the phone(they don’t speak English here when talking to each other as they work). Prices are all right, for Groton. I’ll try the pizza next and re-review this place again! For now, it’ll do.

If there was a «Mia Farrow Twee, Quaint and Cute» award going around for pizza places then Bruno’s would win, so long as the judges had the eye for its screen door and humble signage. Fresh ingredients abound. Hamburger and BLT subs are excellent, subtle twists on continental favorites. They also do wraps and cold subs which offer healthy alternatives as well. Bruno’s doesn’t sell cookie-cutter pizza, its unique and tasty and comes with excellent topping combos such as the Tour of Italy, San Remo(pine nuts?!), Steak and Cheese and Fort. Moreover, you can easily get to know the guys running it, which gives it all the more charm. Good Bruschetta, abundant dinner menu mostly under $ 15.

Pizza is pricey, but worth every penny. The Bruno pizza(special) is unreal… sauteed onions, ricotta cheese, italian sausage, pine nuts… it’s sweet, and just outright my favorite. They have a buffalo sauce I think they use on pizza’s but you can get it with chicken fingers, holy cow is that good(orange color, not franks red hot). This pizza is always a hit, yah it’s pricey but you will not be dissapointed
