Our family has been going to Dr. Randall for years. I was terrified of dentists — always went, but held on to the arm of the chair til I couldn’t feel my hands anymore until any procedure was finished. Dr. Randall handled me beautifully, always letting me know exactly what he was doing, asking how I was feeling, and telling me to raise my hand if he needed to stop at any time. He’s very conservative about doing only the procedures that are necessary — I first went to him to get a second opinion on a root canal, which he told me I didn’t need (he was right). My kids actually like going to the dentist. Staff is very kind.
