Last summer I went to Kendra’s Café and had a lovely lunch However today I went with friends and we decided to have hot broccoli-cheese soup and a sandwich. The waitress had to heat up the soup since it was served barely above room temperature. Then when I looked at the soup I couldn’t see any broccoli and when I tasted it there was no taste of broccoli nor cheese. I inquired if the right soup had been served and was assured that it was. I asked to see the recipe and was told that the cook doesn’t use recipes. Thus beware of what is advertised As I left I mentioned that it should’ve been advertised as cream of carrot with cauliflower blended into it. Since I was with friends the bill was paid but would have not wanted to pay for the soup. Inspite of all my questioning and disappointment they did not offer any reduction of the bill.
