The steak and eggs were on point. The place had a old atmosphere to it. Very unique. It’s worth a stop.

My husband & I decided to try a new place & we had driven by norms before so we thought we would give it a try. The inside is pretty cool seems very original. Could use some updates but great atmosphere. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap & fries. It was delicious! Totally hit the spot. And I took home a fresh baked blueberry muffin! Overall the service was great but we were the only couple there for most of the time. I would defiantly come back.

Staple of Groton home town with military discount. The best part of waking up with a hang over.

How cool is eating at a 60’s style diner today? Kind of cool. Food was warm. Only one waitress and one cook during the morning time. Booths were all full and the bar area usually has some spots. Service is slow, re: one waitress, but she does well for the number of people she has to serve. Would eat here again if I were nearby and was hungry but I would never drive out there to eat there specifically.

Food was good and the service was friendly. Good prices. Small seating area so don’t take a party.

For a typical diner with the same amount of searing and space, this place has it. The food comes in huge portions and will leave you feeling full.

The diner that saved my life…(when hunger hits after the casino) The place has a nice 50s charm and the workers are real down to earth. Parker cooked up one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I’ve had in a while and was very humorous. Although the food was good it was a tad. It expensive that I paid close to 26 bucks for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries and 1 apple juice…

We were desperate for food and needed coffee. We found Norm’s Diner. It’s small place and a throwback to old schools diners. We ordered a western omelet and the breakfast grinder. Both came with home fries. Both were large portions. Both were very good! If I lived local I would eat there all the time

Norms is a great little greasy spoon. The inside could use a facelift(mostly the mismatched, torn linoleum floor and the tearing booth seats). The service is great and if you know what to order, the food is as well! I don’t think they get enough customers to cook everything fresh daily. So, the gravys in the back of the house don’t taste great on some days and my biscuits tasted a little sour(my biscuits and gravy was two biscuits in a soup bowl full of gravy) That being said, what they cook in front of the bar always comes out tasting amazing! The hashbrowns, bacon and corn beef hash were wonderful! The staff was quick and kind. We will continue to go, but know what to order and what to stay away from.

We stop here for breakfast every time we visit Mystic. A true small classic dinner with good food. My favorite is the Breakfast Grinder.

Just left this place. What a great little old school diner. The grill is visible, right behind the counter, and everything seems fresh. I had the two timer #2(two eggs, bacon, sausage, and 2 pancakes for $ 7.95). Perfect.

Upon arrival, my family scoped out the area as we wanted diner food. Cheap, fast, and greasy. Norm’s Diner certainly fit the bill, as we got into our booth we ordered a Mexican omelette, 2 orders of eggs over easy, plenty of toast, a side of bacon, and some home fries. Do not expect haute cuisine here, expect greasy eggs and a great vibe. My dad even commented that this place reminded him of the diners of his youth! Its a relic and a picture of a time gone by. Prices are great, I will return for sure!

Typical greasy spoon that is great for those mornings that you wake up late and all you want is coffee, pancakes and eggs. Very friendly service that always makes me feel welcomed. Food is decent, quick and exactly what you would find at a greasy spoon.

I have to update my review for the worse. I am not sure if this place is under new management or something but it seems this place has gotten worse in general. The food quality has always been terrible(to be expected) but somehow now it has become more apparent somehow. Like a disturbance in the force. Like the cries of a million children all at once.

I’ve been to Norm’s twice for breakfast. It’s a small cramped place, service is iffy, but the food is good and cheap. I love the biscuits and hash browns! Just wish the waiter said hello(or anything) to us while we were there!

What’s there not to like about Norm’s? It’s an old fashion, greasy spoon watering hole that is filled with charm and spirit. I’m from New Jersey and I consider myself to be a diner expert. This joint has earned a place in my heart. There’s only six booths, as the counter takes up the majority of the place. We sat right in front of the grill and enjoyed the cooks banter and cook the food. There’s not fancy fare here, just cheap and delicious eats. We went here for breakfast and loved it. I ordered way too much food — an egg sandwich, a pancake, and hashed brown potatoes. It was all delicious. I was especially impressed with the hash browns — fresh shredded potatoes!!! I didn’t know these actually existed. The only thing that would make this place perfect is if they offered Taylor Ham, but no one’s perfect! :)

Pretty decent spot. Kinda of a cross between a New York diner and a Waffle House. Food was great, service was fast and friendly. Large selection of omelet combinations. My wife got one and it was pretty awesome. I went with one of the breakfast combo meals. Everything was great… bacon was a bit on the salty side though.
