Randy handled money with gloves on then handled food with the same gloves… ordered it for here but my food wasn’t put on a plate and the Wrong lid on my iced tea. It’s always something when I come to this location.

I have never had a bad experience at this place until this morning. I have been coming here for 10 years — almost every Saturday and I order my coffee the same way every time — 5 cream 4 equal or splenda. This morning when I ordered the female voice said«do you know that 5 cream is ½ cup of cream?» I said — «no but that’s ok because that’s how I order it» the conversation continues«well I just want you to know that 5 cream is ½ cup — are you sure you want that much» I said«that’s how I’ve ordered it here for the last 10 years and yes I’m sure that’s how I want it» to which she replies«well ok — I just wanted you to know because some people get upset because their coffee is cold because our cream is cold». Wow — really? She needs to go!!! How dare she engage a customer like that! Thank god there are 2 Tim Horton’s in our community — I will probably start going to the other one.

I don’t always have a bad experience at a restaurant, but when I do, it’s at THIS one! Employees are ALWAYS rude and act like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. Every time I come here I remember why I vowed to never step foot in here again. Trying to enjoy coffee with a friend and can’t even carry on a conversation because the employees are always yelling and carrying on. Very unprofessional. Last time I came here, the girl working the drive-thru window made fun of every customer when they drove away. So rude! The food — terrible! My muffin is harder than a brick and tastes like it’s been sitting there for a week, which it probably has. I order the same drink every time, and the employees always tell me they don’t have that drink. It’s on the menu. I have to tell them every time I order that they do have it because they made it for me last time and they tell me they don’t know how to make it. How do you not know how to make a drink that’s on your menu?! They eventually figure it out but it’s pretty annoying. I will never step foot in this Tim Horton’s again, probably ANY Tim Horton’s for that matter. I’ve learned my lesson!

Terrible service. Placed my order at the drive thru and waited but no one said what my total was or pull around. so I pulled around. was the only car in line. I waited. nobody took my money. I waited. finally a woman comes to the window and asked me what I ordered. Then she punches it in the computer. then she turns away to go make my coffee. by now there are 3 cars in line. she comes back to hand me my coffee then pulls it back and tells me how much I owe. so I pay and I drive away. I knew I should have checked. all I ordered was a coffee and I asked twice for this coffee. and of course I got home and it was wrong. regular is not what I ordered. dark roast is what I asked for twice. 1 cream is what I ordered. extra cream is what I got. Where is the manager if she is new and having problems. when I tried to call their phone rings busy because they do not want to hear any more complaints I assume
