Not a bad place from a regular. Most bad reviews are given from people how know one would want anyway? The people are friendly and the food from Minute Man pizza next door… it’s a bar! Very clean place and yes… the drinks are strong… not sure if you can complain about that… that’s the entire point right? Visit with no expectations and you will be fine!

The most mean, the most unreliable staff I have ever encountered. I’ve been here on account, about 4 times each giving them the benefit of the doubt. The first time we sat there for about 10 mins, (the place was not even close to busy) before we were greeted. The second time, the same thing, but 7 whole mins (we timed it that time) the bar back never acknowledged us (when we asked if someone could get us a drink I mean come on we’re two hot blondes) the third time I was dragged there and it was busy me and my girlfriend actually had a good time (not the same bartender) we were served promptly and we left happy so the fourth and final time was a splurge because it was the only bar by me and the last time was not so bad, I was completely ignored, I asked if there was a taxi they could call me (I was new to the area) completely ignored the server just looked my way rolled her eyes and kept flirting with a customer. I was proceeded to get hit on my gross men. The moral: never go there unless you are a male, ugly, and do not like to drink because you will not be served.

I’ve been to this bar several times. Friendly staff, good prices, and the food is okay. The food comes from the pizza place next door. It is clean and we always have fun. There aren’t alot of bars in this part of town that I would go to, but this one has always been fun.

The place is exactly what you need to forget about the worries of the day. It is dark, has a pool table, patio, jukebox, the ‘regulars’ lined up along the massive bar, tvs everywhere and munchies (for when you know you will be feeling the after effects the next day).
I met a friend here to catch up and dish about my latest heartbreak. The bartenders make some strong drinks, so it was easy to forget about the reason I met her there. The people watching consisted of a bunch of guys playing pool and a bunch of guys staring at us– the only 2 females in the place other than the bartenders. The guys were friendly and tried to make conversation. The interior of the place was really nice, booths lined the exterior walls and the bar was, as I said, huge. I probably would not feel comfortable going back alone, as I sort of felt like a slab of meat on the butcher’s block. As I went there just to have a couple drinks and talk to my friend, it served it’s purpose.

I went to Donerick’s Pub today looking for a place to grab a quick lunch, maybe a pepsi, and do some homework. I picked up a wifi signal in the parking lot and thought I would give it a chance. However, on the door there was a sign saying «We apologize, but there is a two drink minimum with all food orders»… So it’s not really a great place to study.

I think part of my problem with this place is that I just wanted a chill sit down place to enjoy a quick beer while waiting for a ride. Instead it was like a makeshift club. People in the area seem to love the place. Parking is easy. Strip mall bars are always weird to me.

Easy location and parking. At first glance the exterior is unremarkable; standard sign and a little outside/​patio area.
Interior actually looks pretty nice. Looks almost all new with plenty of tv’s; new & modern.
Drinks are… drinks. Nothing too crazy there.
The biggest drawback; that SHADY creepin’ old/​weird perps present. My wife & I went for some drinks and a quick bite and needless to say, perhaps arm yourself.
Atmosphere is heavily influenced by said issue.
And the food… it’s from NEXT door; Minuteman Pizza and that a whole different review! Regardless, most of everything is over priced. We had one beer, a pop, small pizza and side salads… over $ 30. Yeah…
All & all, nothing special from the next hole in the wall «pub». Doubt if we go back.

I did not enjoy my trip here. At first, we walked in on a Sayurday night, and the bar was busy, but not crowded. The patrons kept to themselves and didnt bug others. The bar was littered with dirty glasses/​straws/​napkins that never got removed. Come closing time however, which happened to be on the night daylight savings turned the clocks from 1.59am to 3.00am, the lights of the bar came up at 1.30. Ten minutes later, we recieved these comments from the bouncers and bartenders:
«Come on guys, you gotta leave.»
«Drink up or I’m gonna take ‘em.»
«Get these people out of here.»
The last comment wasn’t aimed directly at us, but shouted loud enough by our bartender for everyone to hear. We had two drinks, and did not need to be bossed around like cattle.
Unbelievable. How establishments expect return customers with this treatment is beyond me.
They get two stars from me… because they had beer…
