You can order 25 hamburgers with french fries and this cheap company will actually let you leave without providing or asking if you need ketchup. It is the policy of these cheapskates to save a buck by depriving their customers of condiments specifically distributed for the items they are selling. That means ketchup, napkins, etc are not provided unless you specifically stop their robot-like scripts and ask them to provide them, at which point you will be asked to detail the specific number you will be using, during a meal you have not yet eaten. I know McDonalds is hurting but pissing off customers is not going to improve profits.

Worst customer service ever!!! First let me say McDonalds lost MY business years ago! But today I was nice enough to go out if my way to pick up lunch for a friend. I arrived in the drive-thru at this location at 10:27. I asked for a new lunch item. I was told sorry we don’t serve lunch at this time. Okay so I’m thinking, my mistake maybe they don’t serve lunch until 11 or 11:30… I ask ok just curious what time do you start serving lunch? I was told 10:30 I said ok well it’s almost that time now. Could I place my order and wait on the side lot, you could have someone bring it out for me when it’s ready. They’re reply. Nope, we’re not ready for that. So now I’m trapped in a busy drive thru line waiting to get out. By time I got to the window it was already 10:41. So I was thinking maybe I could go ahead and order at the window. Again I was only trying to order one sandwich! That’s it! I waited at the window, it was open but I couldn’t see anyone, for over a minute and no one came. I left empty handed. I know every place has it’s right to refuse service but it would be nice to give me a clear sign of that fact. An open window is like an open door, and I wasn’t acting loud or obnoxious. They could of just told me. Regardless I went to the one on 5 cities and had no problem, probably because it was already 10:50 but ‘whatever!!!’ to this location!

I have been going to this McDonalds for years, very sad to hear Justin was let go, He was a Great employee! He went out of his way to make your experience a awesome one, He would make sure the line at the drive up window Never got piled up, by coming out and taking orders, never complained, and was the best employee they could of had, We will miss you greatly Justin, you are awesome, and I am sure my friends and family will not bother to travel the extra two miles anymore, just to see your awesomeness! Very sad you let a employee go, that really loved his job, and had a wonderful personality. Sad, Sad, Sad, We truly will miss you Brother!

I came here after riding ATV’s in the Central Valley and was on my way home to the bay area. This place looks to be new and most importantly had clean bathrooms when I was there! Of course, the menu, service, décor and ambiance is typical of what you see at most other McDonalds…

Love the fact that there is FREE WiFi!!! And the lighting on the lot gives it a safe environment to visit in the late hrs. Don’t understand people’s comments when they get a service for free and yet criticize the same establishment that provides it.

Edited… Remember they only print three Boardwalk pieces, so don’t go ape over Monopoly and expect to win anything particularly significant.
