She had closed already but when I called she drove right over and built me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. I’ve bought flowers here before, for the last 5 years, and they last so long. UPDATE: She loved the flowers and seemed more excited and surprised about the flowers than the puppy we got.(Taking puppy back for full refund) ;-)

I ordered flowers that were never delivered, and have been going by the shop for two weeks now to get a refund, however, the shop is never open and the phone just rings — no answering machine. Where in the heck is the owner!!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Shalee, the owner decided to respond to my review and not my phone calls and not even in a timely manner. Wow, such customer service. Well, Shalee, in addition to the review that I wrote previously I would like to reply to your comments with my own. Perhaps, you should read the review thoroughly before you respond as your response is full of lies. You did not send the flowers in time. The order was cancelled after 6 days of trying to get a hold of you and waiting, patiently, for you to correct your mistake. We did not order flowers for a specific value but for a specific arrangement and your failure to fulfill that is no one’s fault but your own. You need to learn that basic customer service goes a long way. A simple phone call is all you would have needed to do in order to keep me and your other customers happy but that was, apparently, too much to ask for. Why anyone would consider doing business with you after reading all of our reviews is beyond me. You need a serious overhaul and you might consider hiring a manager to run your business since you, obviously, cannot.
