Vista Pacific Apartments

This place is horrible to like at, the manager is rude, and inattentive. She is never there, and she never listens to anyone. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance person, he is awesome. The property looks really bad, the carpets are really dirty, the apartments are very old, and mostly the building has termites EVERYWHERE, one day the pest control person was here, and they were inspecting the building and i had a chat with him when he stated that the whole building had termites. Yet there was not anything done to the building. The front door has a key pad, but the lock never works, you can just open the door by pulling on it. I would not rent here again, or recommend this apartment place to anyone I know.

Worst place I have ever lived at in my life. My mail has been stolen multiple times by neighbors!!! The place is a dump! Everything Is always broken! My car has been broken into by neighbors as well! They literally let anyone live here. They don’t do any proper checks on anyone. I’ve seen a drug deal right out front. People pee and puke in the elevator and steal the air fresheners, how pathetic! This place is beyond trash. Overpriced too! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! So glad to be out of there!
