This is an easy one to review. Been there a half dozen times and it is just OK. Sometimes a bit better than OK, sometimes a little worse. No reason to go into describing our food choices, mediocre bar food. It fills the void in an area with only a few choices but do not expect anything WOW. Pleasant atmosphere with semi-motivated service.

Been here a couple times and was surprised with the menu. The flatbreads are awesome, seriously. The kabobs are great and salads are pretty good too. Overall I wind up taking a nice size portion home as the servings are large. Normally we sit in the bar, service it’s pretty good in the bar area and usually no whining children –makes it even better. Overall pretty good drink options, specials and nice selection of beers(healthy black & tans). It’s great place to watch a game & grab a bite.

Just wanted to let you know that on Saturday afternoon July 5th at approximately 4pm; My husband and myself and another couple were at your restaurant to have dinner. It was my first«horrible experience» I had at your restaurant. One or even two things wrong don’t usually phase me… but 4 or 5 things wrong. now that’s a problem… Even my low key husband got riled, when the server kept forgetting to return our credit card after we paid. 1. no one greeted us at the door… and finally I just went around to the bar(everyone laughing goofing off) and just asked If we all could seat ourselves. and she said yes. 2. Our friend order the clam chowder, and at least 15 minutes passed before she came out to tell us you were out of clams, so no clam chowder. That seems a long time. 3.The chicken kabobs appetizer were room temperature, but they were tasty enough not to complain. 4. My husband orders a medium beer and as he said it was not close to being filled to the top. 5. the credit card was not returned to us, even after the other couple had been returned their credit card and receipt. 6. Last but not least, never were we ever asked for refills(although My friend and myself only had water, but my husband had beer and the other guy had hot tea. It is sad to say, but I’m guessing everyone has a bad day… but we could see into the BARROOM and tell it was a playtime for some of the servers. I’m not sure if this is the first complaint but if what we experienced is any indication of the future service. I’m sure you will be receiving more complaints. I used to come there at least once a week, and now I don’t think I want to come back for awhile…

Indigo Joe’s started out just fine, but as is the way with many places, they deteriorated over time. Just plain bad food. We gave them several chances at the end, but finally decided enough was enough. If you like greasy fried foods, this is the place, just be prepared for the possibility that it will be served to you cold and old.

I have been here twice and both times the service was VERY underwhelming. After waiting 15 minutes for a server we then waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Watching others that came in after us getting their food was irritating. They had a different server… When the food arrived my burger was overcooked and the bun was dried out. I told the server I wasn’t happy and she offered to have them cook me another. I told her I was out of time so she said, sorry about that… No manager, no offer of any type to make up for crappy food and crappy service. I will NEVER go back.

Place is great, however, never has a table open for our«group». We usually will have about 5 or 6 of us and we always have to sit separate. Food is great!

Our family visited there during one of the Cardinal play-off games. The restaurant was busy but our service was fast and friendly. The appetizers(wings and onion rings) were served fast and good. Our sandwiches were great and and all of the serving sizes were large. Dessert, a pumpkin cheesecake, was also good. We will definitely return.

Visited Indigo Joe’s because we had a taste card($ 10 coupon). The beer menu is very large and they offer a variety of beers a 22oz for $ 6! For appetizer we ordered the fried pickles were very good. For lunch hubby & I ordered the mushroom burgers which were really juicy and full of flavor and the fries were fresh & not salty. Overall we had a great experience. This place is good for game days and outdoor seating patio is pretty good too.

Indigo Joe’s was one of the first places to open with the revitalization of Wildwood and it is one of our favorite places to go. Their menu has a lot to choose from. Their happy hour prices are very nice as well. This is one of the best places to watch a game at… or at least 30 games as they have an entire wall devoted to only tvs. The staff is very friendly. If you plan on going when there’s a game on, arrive early as it fills up fast.

First, I’ll start with this: I ate at I.J.‘s a couple of years ago and was unimpressed with the food. On a lark, I returned to Indigo Joe’s last month, and had a very good experience — my parents and my children enjoyed their food. Since I have a tendency to sneak tastes from my family, I tried several dishes and was pleasantly surprised. My son’s kids meal was fine, my parents’ fish and chips were very good, and I loved the mahi wrap. Beer was cold, service was attentive and inviting. I couldn’t believe it was the same place. So, I tried it again last night, with my wife and kids — again, a very good experience. French dip was great, my wife’s Baja burger was delicious, and my mahi wrap was again perfect. We also tried the SW chicken chili and enjoyed it. We ordered their cheese and fruit plate as an app. and ended up bringing half home, it was so large. We received attentive, thoughtful service. We will return.

went with a group of friends to watch the March Madness games and the Blues play hockey. there were 7 of us and they only had 2 tops left. they only had 2 high top tables with more that 2 chairs in their bar. Doesn’t seem like enough for larger groups. Anyway, I had the BBQ chicken salad which was very good. Probably the only complaint about the salad was that they gave me the dressing on the side and there was way too much but of course, I used it all and that is not good for me. but very tasty. They also have good happy hour prices. $ 5 for appetizers, $ 12.50 buckets, $ 7.50 pitchers.

Average. Typical bar food, no menu surprises here. We ordered the beer battered mushrooms, the Parmesan chicken sandwich and a steak sandwich. Fries were hot but not exactly crispy(once the initial heat wore off they were soggy). The bar stools were upholstered and swiveled and were quite comfortable. Lots of TVs around to watch whatever game is playing. Looking around we saw several big tables(8 plus people) all having a roaring good time. It really added to the atmosphere.

The food here is very average and the service is okay. It’s actually a lot better if you’re in a large group, but two people there for a quick dinner can wind up waiting quite a while. I’ve had a lot of different things on their menu but the only one I ever thought was better than okay was their Southwest chicken salad(with beans, corn, avocado and fritos), but it seems odd that a basic salad should be the best thing I’ve ever tried there. If you’re just going here for beer & nachos while you watch the game, you won’t be disappointed. They have plenty of TVs and the beer selection is nice. We were there for trivia once too, and that was really fun, but I typically won’t go back here unless we have to catch a quick bite before a movie across the street.

Indigo Joe’s was on our list for our fun and food adventure and they didn’t let us down! We ordered Fried Pickles… It was so good color me surprised Hot Wings… They were a little soggy, if they had just cooked them a little longer it would have been that much better Chili Chicken Soup… It was pretty tasty but some how the waitress didn’t hear us say 2 soups so we ordered Vodka and Cranberry… it was a very weak well drink Black and Bleu Salad… amazing but I suggest don’t get bleu cheese dressing because it comes with real bleu cheese Cobb Salad… it was delious and fresh and the same tip as the Black and Bleu salad If we were ever back in the area I would come back and this time I would love to sit down and enjoy the food.

Unless you are a sports bar person and live nearby in Wildwood or have a coupon that needs to be used, there is no reason to go here. Ms T and I went for lunch to use our coupon. It was only for $ 10 and she bought it to use with a friend and it did not seem to ever work out. We started off badly when the lemon wedge in Ms T’s iced tea was spoiled and had to ask for a new glass. The food is pretty mediocre, so I guess if you just like to have a beer and watch the game with a group in a bar it would be OK. Our service was fine. I had a Smoked Turkey Club on sourdough with lettuce tomato and guacamole. It was OK after I removed the red onions and spread out the ball of what was probably Boar’s Head smoked turkey crumbles. It’s nothing to go back for. Ms T had the Bird on the Barbie sandwich; grilled chicken breast with barbecue sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese. This was a little better, but the grilled chicken was dried out and pretty much unseasoned although it did have some grill flavor. The barbecue sauce saved it. She had sweet potato fries which I liked because they were waffle cut and crisped up pretty well. On the other hand, and here is where it gets nasty, being a slaw guy, I had what is without question, the single worst coleslaw experience in my life. Ms T agreed and when I tried to taste it again, she asked why I was trying to eat it. The dressing was apparently buttermilk and perhaps some sour cream. It tasted like something unmentionable. There was no salt. The cabbage was limp, meaning it was old and the flavor made you think the dressing had spoiled. Even allowing for divergence of taste preferences, it is really hard to imagine that anyone would eat this and like it. I left almost all of it.

So, my friend and I finally got close to St. Louis and were starving. We stumbled upon Indigo Joe’s and decided, why not? The parking lot was packed, and we figured it must have been the town’s «hot spot». Boy, were we wrong! I decided on a glass of wine. Why not?!? I was on a mini-vacation! A huge mistake! It was warm and cheap. For $ 8 a glass, I would have rather had a glass of okay wine on a flight! As for the food??? My salad consisted of mainly iceberg. Who serves that anymore?!? I had a tough time getting through my lunch and my friend’s salad consisted of a whole lot of fried nastiness. Besides the food being icky, the bar was warm and humid. Who wants to eat and drink when they are slightly perspiring?!? I know I don’t!

Nice sports bar. We have eaten here a few times. Sometimes it is four stars other times it is three. The review on this night came in about a three. We had the beer bartered onion rings. Just the right amount of breading. Very tasty but slightly on the greasy side. My blue cheese burger was very tasty, but overcooked per my order. My partner Santa Fe Chicken sandwich was good but not great.

This review is for the one in WILDWOOD! This place is AWESOME! My first time there I loved the food, they told me all about the drink specials, everything! And Sarah, a bartender, came to the rescue when a super drunk guy was being creepy with me. I felt like she had my back! Another time I went I asked if they had boneless hot wings, they didn’t :(. But my waitress told me they can toss chicken tenders in hot sauce and I couldn’t believe I didn’t even think of that! Most waitresses would just say«No, sorry.» and then move on. But this waitress(can’t remember her name) was really great. Yet another time I went I had just come back from a very fancy bar and complained to another bar patron that the other bar was so expensive and I paid almost $ 12 for a glass of champagne. The bartender overheard and ended up giving me a free drink! When she gave it to me I said, «I didn’t order this.» and she said, «I know, it’s on the house. Because you paid too much at that other place.» I couldn’t believe it! How generous and nice of them! I will ALWAYS go back to this place it’s so great.

Food was good enough, good quality but definitely a sports bar feel(well, that’s what it is really). I had the rueben(okay), taco salad(pretty good) and cheesecake(by Hank’s?). Loud and service could have been better but I think the waiter was a bit overloaded this visit. Could still be a good place to meet up if in Wildwood.

Always looking for decent places to eat that aren’t far from home, I picked up an Indigo Joe’s certificate last Labor Day weekend during their massive sale. Realizing I had less than 2 months to use all 6 of them that I hadn’t touched, we decided to head that way on a Friday night. Our trip had its ups and downs. Drinks — Hubby got the beer special and was pleased. I got both a Chamborita and a Mai Tai(both decent). Appetizer — Fried calamari. The breading was good, but the calamari was overcooked/chewy. Worst I’ve had. Dinner — I got their chicken club(bacon and avocado… yum), and hubby got the Black and Bleu burger. We were both very happy. This is what saved our chewy calamari from a 2 star to a 3 star. Unlike most chicken clubs, the chicken at Indigo Joe’s was perfectly cooked — very moist! Dessert — Since we were riding on the certificate, we stuffed ourselves and split the brownie and ice cream dessert. Can’t remember what they called it. It was very yum. Could have heated up the brownie a little bit more, but it was delicious with great texture.
