I go to this GameStop all the time because it’s so close for me. The staff has always been helpful and nice. The store is clean and in an easy location. If they don’t have an item, they have always called around for me to see if another store has that item in stock. Overall I’ve never had a negative experience!

Visited dislocation in Grovetown Georgia located off of Steiner way off of Lewiston Road next door to the Walmart. This location is fairly easy to locate its right off of I 20 in grovetown. I went to this location trying to locate a ps2 audio visual cable. I spoke with the store manager her name was SARAH she informed me that the cable was 17.95 + tax I asked her were there any discounts if I purchased other items or if they price matched. She quickly and very rudely informed me that I wasn’t at a pawn shop and they don’t give discounts. I was guick to pint out that I was very much aware that I wasn’t in a pawn shop. I left feeling disrespected. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. I went home and ordered the same cable off of ebay for 3.79 so in the end I saved money. The store is very clean and well stocked. A possible change in management might be called for, and if that would happen I would recommend this location. The rest off the staff was very helpful and courteous and very apologetic about the managers rude behaviour.
