I wish I had read the reviews earlier before ordering from this Pizza Hut but now I’m going to have to go in hard & give my critique. Hands down the worst delivery & customer service compared to other food delivery places. They were an hour late delivering my food. I called them up, I didn’t get the customer service I wanted; for example, how about saying you’re sorry and explaining why or even attempt to offer me something to make up for their screw up. I let that slide because I was hungry and didn’t want to make a fuss. So when I finally received the food, they couldn’t even get my order right. I asked the delivery girl for crushed pepper or Parmesan and she told me she didn’t have any… it wouldn’t have been a big deal but so many things that went wrong. The way she responded to me was so nonchalant and she looked so sloppy with that golden hair hat(weave) on her head & she was wearing a red baseball cap to cover it. Gross… Don’t waste your time here. Put these people out of business. Their staff is careless & lazy with no pride in what they do. The only reason why a lot of businesses are still up around this area is because they get no competition! I don’t want to sound like I’m putting the business owners down here but they don’t care about their customers & where I’m from(Los Angeles, CA), there’s no chance in hell these businesses would last as long as they do here.

Terrible service. Driver never showed up with our pizza after two hours. Store manager is incredibly rude and when I called to complain she said hold on and just handed the phone to another employee because she couldn’t be bothered to handle the complaint. Pretty sure customer service is supposed to be her main job role, but it is non existent at this location. This location needs to go out of business because they are giving pizza hut an extremely bad image.

One star only because I cannot give none. We ordered online; the delivery time was supposed to be 35 minutes. I called the store after we waited for an hour. The store told me they just sent our order out and it would arrive in twenty minutes. 35 minutes later our food arrived and was promptly dropped on the ground. I called the store again because the driver could not reach them on his phone. I handed him my phone so he could explain what happened to the manager. Through the driver, the manager said they would reduce our charge by six dollars. This is after they told us the would reduce the charge by eight dollars when I called the first time. I called the store back to remind them of the original drop in price. The lady who answered the phone asked if I would accept the pizza. This served to make me madder, I am not going to serve a pizza that was on the ground to my daughter. The price was finally reduce by 14 dollars on an order costing over 50. We finally got to eat and, of course, our food was Luke warm at best. This is the last time I will order from this Pizza Hut. The manager never offered to speak with us to offer an apology, it seemed they just wanted to throw discounts our way in order to placate us. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut, obviously, and would encourage anyone reading this to reconsider their choice in restaurants.

I know what you’re thinking… It’s pizza hut, how bad can it be… ONESTARBAD… They take forever. And when you get your pizza it will be cold and gross. I read the reviews and thought«Come on, it’s Pizza Hut, It cant be that bad». It is… DONOTORDER!!! Drive to Evans and pick up a hot and ready or go to walmart and get a frozen pizza. I repeat. DONOTORDER. Order Marco’s or Papa Johns if you have to get delivery.

Ordered a pizza online(and received a confirmation of the order) then get a call 20 minutes later saying that they have to reroute my order to a different Pizza Hut. Instead of ever receiving my order I got another phone call 3 hours later but still no pizza. Can’t even say this was the worst service because I literally was not served.

Same as the other guy. I asked for a cheese pizza for carry out and they made a thin crust btw who would even want to eat crust that looks like a egg roll wrapper is beyond me. However once got in my car and drove to the Pizza Hut the woman at the counter offer replacement with no problems. The woman on the phone was just too preoccupied. The Mister picked it up and maybe he should have looked at the pizza versus chatting on the phone so they get two stars for that

I was suppose to have 2 pan pepperoni pizzas. Well, the crust was very hard, thin, cheese had a weird smell, and very little cheese was put on it. The store was willing to give me a refund so I will give them 2 stars for good customer service. Get better on food prep or your old customers are going to continue to go to your competitors such as Papa John’s.

I ordered a «Big Dinner Box» and a 2-liter of diet Pepsi. I placed my order online. When my order was picked up by a third party, they did not have my 2-liter and gave us two twenty ounce bottles instead. Obviously, it worked out that I was shorted about a liter of soda. The problem, is that there is a grocery store 10 meters from the Pizza Hut. Or, they could have given us four 20 oz bottles. That would have been even. I have been to this location twice and both times I have had orders screwed up. They don’t deserve your money and they certainly won’t be getting another dime from me.
